I think it is absolutely ridiculous that a pain pill will not be prescribed, when a patient is in severe pain.
I will do a more thorough job of researching for a Dentist, the next time I need to have a procedure done.

Their Des Moines Location has no idea what they are doing when it comes to insurance billing and estimates. They don’t give you your options and just guess what your insurance covers and then stick you with their mess ups. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
