Dr.Laura and her team are very professional and friendly. They explained clearly how they work and answered thoroughly the questions. The clinic is clean and well equipped and decorated. It is close to my residence so it is very convenient.

The facilities are new, and welcoming. Their equipment is modern and high quality. The service is top notch from the assistants to the hygienists. Dr. Laura is really down to earth and discusses the procedures in a easy to understand no nonsense way. She is a skilled dentist whom I have not seen afraid to tackle tough cases. She is very nice and understanding. They seem to genuinely care about their patients overall health and well being.
I appreciate how they thoroughly discuss any needed procedures and give you all available options. They are also cognizant of patients tolerance of a pain and their comfort during otherwise painful procedures. I have been a patient with them for over a year now.
I had to have a filling fixed in a difficult spot that another dentist in the area did incorrectly that she fixed with ease, I also had my bite corrected by aligners. I will continue to be a patient due to their outstanding service. Their costs are also in line with other providers in the area so their service is also a great value.
This is the best dentist I have been to in the area. I will admit I was hesitant to write a review because it’s hard enough to get in with them as they are very busy. I am also not sure if they are taking new patients but I highly recommend Dr. Laura if she is as I know how important it is to have a quality dentist.

Amazing experience! So glad I switched to this wonderful dental office! Dr. Fauchier even did a new client interview to start the visit so she could makes sure my experience would be exactly what I was looking for! Her team is prompt, focused, friendly and totally dedicated to making the experience wonderful. When I got in the chair, they even gave me a warm blanket to make me more comfortable! Wow! Loved that they sent my paperwork ahead of time so I could fill it out at my leisure. They did a great job with the cleaning and had excellent gifts after (brushes, floss, mouthwash, chapstick, etc). The facility is beautiful! I have never had such a great experience at a dental appointment!

I've had both a dental check up as well as dental work done here now, actually just got back from having some work done, and honestly this has been the best dental experience I've had. Dr. Erica was amazing and makes the whole experience a lot more personable. She explains exactly what work needs to be done and why, and actually shows you why through the various uses of their up to date dental technology and systems. She's also quite funny and makes things feel a lot more up-beat, even in a not so great situation.
The rest of the team takes it above and beyond in terms of the care and services being provided to you. From the front desk to the chair, its only friendly and accommodating. I even got a legit neck pillow during my procedure today to take my comfort to the next level.
Overall I would highly recommend coming here, even if its been a while like it was for me. If it wasn't for the work I had to have done, which by the way went very smoothly regardless of the not so fun drilling, I would much rather come in and see Erica and team again versus cleaning my garage.... (Inside joke!)
