Marion Dental: Dr. Laura Fauchier DDS

I didn't have a dentist but my wife went to Marion Dental. So when my long over due trip to the dentist finally came around, after not seeing a dentist for 15+ years I had an abscessed tooth that was to much pain to bear, she suggested Marion Dental and I got a quote else where and was not satisified (just under 25k) and scheduled and appointment at Marion Dental. Their quote was half the price and Dr Laura was great. I had some phobia/anxiety issues regarding Dentists and she walked me through it. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable and Dr Lauras work if fantastic. The Oral Surgeons she works with (Morgan & Morio) are top notch as well. I always recommend her to friends and family.

I’d love to say I had a perfect visit but when I asked the hygienist for gel to apply along my gum to reduce the sensitivity during the cleaning she told me she wasn’t touching the gum. I told her my previous hygienist have put something around the gum area to make the cleaning tolerable. She then told me she’s not touching the gum and asked if I need it. I told her whatever is convenient for her. NO she didn’t apply the gel on my gum to make the sensitivity tolerable. She continued the cleaning without anything to help me. There was zero empathy or anything to help me feel comfortable during the cleaning. I do miss my previous hygienist. Apart from this experience, I do have to say though that I can tell people at the clinic have become less empathetic and less patience. I hope to continue to come visit the clinic s I love how clean the office is and location is very convenient for me. I hope this feedback will give the team an opportunity to improve on those areas.

Thanks to Marion Dental for providing great dental care in a warm, inviting and comfortable environment. I am always welcomed with a smile and the hygienist has been so helpful in providing me education and proactive ways to improve my dental health. I feel that the focus is totally on me during my appointments. I would highly recommend this dentist and the competent team working along side her.

I had a cavity that Dr. Laura had to fill. The shot didn't hurt at all, and the filling felt so natural that I couldn't even feel a difference between it and my original tooth. In the past, at another office, my fillings bothered me for a while, and it felt like the bite wasn't quite right. I really enjoyed my experience at Marion Dental. Everyone was very kind and polite. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I've been going here for about 5 years. The staff is very polite and professional. They don't make you feel rushed, and they take the time to consult with you about your teeth and the way you should care for them. They make suggestions that are helpful to you as well. They are just as good to me as they are my 6 year old, she has never once been afraid to go to the dentist. I would recommend Marion Dental to anyone!

I've been with Marion dental for all of 25 years now. Brad started and now Laura. Laura and her workers are very good. They are very careful and concerned for there patients.
They are very good with children and do little things to keep them from being afraid. I

When I moved to Marion I visited the office on the recommendation of a neighbor. That's when I met Dr. Laura. Even though I was a new patient she was helpful in keeping a tooth that many others would have suggested extracting. . The reasonable pricing and terrific staff has kept me on a regular schedule now for 9 years. They are the best!

I recently switched to Marion Dental from another provider. The difference was like night and day. The staff at Marion Dental was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My hygienist (Carry) was wonderful. She explained what she was doing and why, she talked to me about concerns and expectations I had for my teeth, and was just plain fun to work with. Dr. Laura sat down with me and reviewed all the pictures and x-rays (all digital - way cool!) and could show me exactly where I had issues and what to do about them.

Thanks to Dr. Laura and the team for sharing your video of how you keep your patients safe. I've been extremely hesitant to go anywhere. It helped me understand your dedication to safety with air purifiers, room spraying, PPE, sanitizers etc. Now that I have experienced it, I encourage anyone who is hesitant to take care of your health. For someone that has severe dental anxiety this place is great! Laurel has the best chair side manner of any hygienist I’ve been to and has somehow even convinced me I can do my cleanings without gas:) Keep up the great work!
