I have been going to Marion Dental since Brad Wagnor started his practice in Anamosa. I have always felt like a part of the family, now that I have my own family I have started bringing them as well. It's nice to be able to walk in to the office and have the staff know you by name and be personable with you. Dr. Laura has been so good to my kids (as they have had teeth pulled) and made the experience as best as she can. We love going to our dentist appointments. :)

Dr. Laura addresses all of my concerns and puts me at ease in her dental chair. She and her staff take the time to answer any and all questions I have about procedures and dental care. I even got my fiance to schedule a cleaning with her after he came to one of my appointments. They offer a broad range of services at fair prices for this market. Their customer service are what put them ahead of all other dental offices in the area! They truly go above and beyond.

I broke a tooth and turns out my dentist had retired. I called Marion Dental and they got me an appointment two hours later to fix the problem. The staff obviously care very much about their patients and their comfort. Switching providers is never *fun* but at least Marion Dental made it easy! Would definitely recommend.

We go to Marion Dental for everyone in our family. The kids enjoy going to the dentist, which makes the yearly trips much easier. The staff is friendly and will gladly answer any questions you have. We have gone for regular checkups and for cosmetic reasons. We are in and out in a timely fashion. I can't think of another place we'd rather go.

I went to this dentist because of all the good reviews, and she may be a great person but I was less than satisfied with her office.
I had to get two fillings, the hygienists numbed my gums and by the time the dentist got there with the local anaesthetic I wasn't numb enough anymore. She didn't ask if I wanted white or silver fillings, automatically going with the more expensive. Which my insurance didn't cover as much of, leaving me with hundreds to pay for the difference.
I also took my 2 year old in and I would have to say she is not a dentist that should be seeing kids because she is not very kid friendly.
Would definitely not recommend.
