Staff was very accommodating in scheduling my husband for an emergency and his treatment from staff and dentist was a wonderful experience! Dr Jones called to check up on him the next day which shows the care and dedication he has to the well being of his patients. Thank you again for making a uncomfortable dental emergency a painless experience 🦷😁

Although I was visiting the dentist for an unpleasant infected tooth. The staff at Lakeside Dental made the process go as pleasant as possible. My scenario actually took nearly three hours as there were problems with the tooth extraction. The staff were professional and very friendly. I even received a call back from the Dentist to follow up on my condition. I am very pleased with the staff, facility, and over all experience and would recommend the location to anyone looking for dental care.

I started coming to Lakeside about a year ago, reluctantly, as I’ve never been a big fan of going to ‘the dentist’. I grew up going to dentist offices that just made me feel uneasy. I constantly wondered how the appointment would go, and the anxiety of the trip lead me to avoid the dentist for years. At the urging of my wife, I decided to make an appointment at Lakeside.

My opinion of visiting the dentist completely changed during my first appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the time I checked in until I left. Nobody made me feel inferior for waiting years since the last time I had a cleaning. We put a plan in place to fix and reverse the damage I had let happen in my mouth, and throughout my first year as a patient at Lakeside, the team has guided me through a complete oral turnaround.

Each time I walk in to Lakeside, I’m greeted (by name, which means a lot to me), and I can feel the effort that goes into making sure I have a positive experience. From the complimentary bottles of water in the waiting room, to the excellent view of Copper Creek lake from my chair, I am shifting my classically skeptical view of ‘the dentist’. The services they offer are fantastic, and I never feel pushed into a treatment I don’t think is needed. My anxiety about the dentist is completely gone, and my wife and I plan to be customers here for a long time.

Very friendly staff and great quick care. Definitely my go to dentist office and I never liked going to the dentist. They definitely make it worth going to. Definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff in the front and back.
Office and rooms were clean. Good view of the lake.
Scheduling was convenient and easy.
Billing was easy through my insurance.

Absolutely fantastic staff! Incredibly friendly and personable. The views help pass the time you are there and I love the music during the exams.
