Aspen Dental

Because of Covid 19 my dental plan had to be changed. I paid in full for upper dentures in Sept 2019 and still haven't completed the process! Now instead of 4 crowns the dentist told me I need a partial on my lower and the cost is $2400 when I only paid $2100 for my upper denture! Because I had a little bleeding at the gums when they cleaned my teeth the dentist scolded me and told me I need to brush 5x a day! I have always had a positive experience including the teeth removal until yest!

Service started off well. Friendly & helpful at first, but once I got my permanent set I was ignored. My dentures are already breaking down & haven't fit properly almost from the start.

I loved them. I thought the people were super friendly and nice. I felt they were very thorough. The thing that bothered me was they assumed I wasn't coming back . I truly was planning to until they started being cold to me. I was very discouraged.

I had dentures made at Aspen dental in Sioux City IA and they are terrible. The fit is awful and the partial just falls out. I have worn dentures for over 25 years. These are so cheaply made I am appauled. I was fine with the kindness of the entire staff but apparently their confidence in their dental lab tech is unfounded.
I called 4 dental offices and 2 labs in town and the compelling word used by all with regard to their dentures and partials is CHEAPLY MADE.
I am on social security and paid a tremdous amount for these dentures. I am so disappointed and frustrated. What does a person like me do now?
I certainly wish I had checked into them better before I bought!!

My appointment was for 11:30 The lady told me to be there early because I had some paper work to fill out. I arrived about 20 mins. early. Filled out paper work and waited to see the dentist. It was about 45 min later when I finally got in. I was just about ready to leave. While I was in the waiting room i never seen anyone leave at all. I did see the Dentist walking back and forth in the back several times like she was looking for something to do. Once I got in they seen the tooth that needed to come out. For some reason it would not get numb after 6 shots. So i finally stated that I am leaving and the dentist looked at me and she threw her hands up and said fine and walked out of the room. She did finally come back and say that i should be referred to the oral surgeon Thank God. Then they refer you to one that can see you for like 2 months. I was just the worst felling and treatment that I have ever got from a dentist. I will not take myself or family there ever again

Everyone is really nice. We've only had to wait a few minutes before being called back. Plus you can print the paperwork for new patients off of their website and have it ready.

Wonderful program. The entire staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. A great experience.

Aspen Dental is Sioux City help my Dad get his smile back. He needed serious dental care and everyone at the office help him feel comfortable. He always felt that he was cared for each time he had an appointment. Sara, the office manager helped him find a payment plan that best fit him so he was able to get all the care he needed.
