I was absolutely terrified when I walked into Aspen, and I soon found I had no reason to feel that one. I've never been to this place and unfortunately I will no longer be going back. I have dental issues and although the staff was very friendly, the services were terrible. I had x rays and ended up cracking a tooth on their equipment and then once I got in, i paid cash to have my tooth extracted and the dentist was extremely rough and during the extraction broke the tooth over and over before being able to extract it while shoving my glasses into my face. My gums are extremely bruised and the pain killers aren't helping. Never going back to them again!

I went in to my first appointment very nervious as I don't like Drs or dentist but as the Aspen team made me feel at ease and explained everything answering all my questions I feel like I made the right choice as to where I will get my dentures. They are a knowledgeable and friendly and just an all around nice group of people. Highly recommend !!!! Thank you!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible experiences. The work is not right and they refuse to make it right... After. Charging me 5,000 for an upper denture and extractions they won't even see me anymore but I supposedly bought a 7 year "warranty" that I'm only two years into..! Their warranty is worthless because they don't honor it. My denture doesn't fit hardly at all (it's wayyyy too small) and they refuse to make it right! Stay away. Go to affordable dentures.
