I am one of those people that avoided the dentist for many years because of bad experiences as a kid and anxiety as an adult. I finally forced myself to go after I couldn't handle some tooth pain. While I didn't get great news and have a few more appointments ahead of me to catch up on years of neglect the staff at Aspen Dental were amazing. They didn't once shame me for not seeing a dentist for so long and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. They care about my feelings and respect my level of comfort. While I'm not excited about my appointments ahead I know I am in good hands and will be well taken care of. I can't recommend Aspen Dental enough.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I like how they all are willing to answer questions and explain what is going on with my treatment. This was just my preliminary appointment to get things going after too long between dentist visits, so actual treatment hasn’t started yet. I hope they’re just as helpful and kind when things get going.

The employees were just great, they were careful with making sure that we were safe from the virus. Then they were great at taking care of dealing with my mother and explained everything to her. Genny was very good at explaining the financial part of the visit and very helpful with everything.

This was the absolute best experience I've ever had in any medical establishment in my life! All of the staff from receptionist to radiologist to hygienist to dentist to billing. They were all great! They were all so welcoming and engaging.

Very friendly staff. Explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. No pressure when picking out the package deal best suited for my situation and worked wonderfully getting payments to where I can afford them. Everyone at Aspen Dental is super nice and friendly. The wait time to be seen is minimal. They're always on time. So far I've had an exam and a filling. It was my first filling ever so I was nervous but the doctor was nice and quick and it was as painless as can be. The only thing I wish they had was the Cavitron ProphyJet. I have some staining in a spot that's difficult to reach, and this device is the only thing that gets it clean.

I always have had awesome service st Aspen Dental on Sergant.The office staff Jenny and Stacey are awesome and always make you feel comfortable and welcome. Angela is great and when they have people working temp or helping out are wonderful at what they do. Never have had a bad experience there. I travel 60 miles to get there as a loyal customer.

Amazing !!!! Cannot say one bad word!! My experience couldn't have gone better I recommend to everyone!! Super friendly staff super awesome dentist and etc.... I had to bring my 2 year old with me and they let me take him into where I got my cleaning and had the ut most patience with him!! The hygienist kept him entertained while she worked on my mouth. The wait time wasn't long at all either. I just love this place and going to miss it when I move back to Louisiana!

I was very pleased with my experience, this is my first time in a little over sixteen years being to the dentist I went in for an emergency check up for my wisdom teeth. They were really quick and thorough found out that I have 5 wisdom teeth that need to be removed. Which sucks but they were really friendly and reassuring that everything would be fine, would definitely recommend Aspen dental to anyone.

They make your teeth how they want to not how you would like them I would give 0 stars they made my teeth and plate so small compared to what my dentures in I had in my mouth now everything gets under my plate I have had 6 differant sets of dentures and this is the worst place ever they do what they want not what u want
