I can't say enough good about Aspen dental in Sioux City. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Clark (the dentist) is amazing, caring and personable.

Very friendly staff. They were able to get me in to the oral surgeon quickly, and I was in a lot of pain so this was very appreciated. After the procedure the oral surgeon changed a couple codes for my services or whatever, and they refunded me some of my money, so that was a very pleasant surprise as well, considering a lot of places probably would have just kept it the same. Only piece of constructive criticism- maybe give wisdom tooth procedure patients the information AFTER the procedure. I was so anxious I know I forgot over half of what the oral surgeon told me before starting the procedure. Some information was in the instructions sent home, but it wasn’t as thorough as everything he had discussed such as when to expect the stitch to come out, dry socket and preventing it, infection, etc. I think I would have been able to focus better afterwards, although I suppose some patients are groggy and not listening afterwards. Very positive experience overall.

Absolutely appreciated the caring and patience that I received at Aspen dental Sioux City, I have always had a phobia of the dentist and there was nothing but compassion shown and true caring I actually look forward to going back for my checkup. Never would I have ever thought I would have said that about a dentist. Great people there ❤️😊❤️😊

Dr. Clark and her staff were very professional and friendly for our visit. Everything was fully explained and we were seated at the appointed time. I would highly recommend Dr. Clark and her staff for your dental needs.

I have both good things to say about my experience, and bad.

First, and mainly, I dislike the railroading business model. I understand why they would choose to do it, but it makes me uncomfortable. I feel like I'm getting a guilt trip. I must have heard "Wow, you haven't been here in a long time" 10 times. And yes, it had been over a year, but there's a chiding aspect to it, a pressure, as if you've done something wrong. Also, the phone calls and emails are too much. Again, pressure. I understand why it works, but still, I dislike the high pressure sales feeling about it.

However, everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming. The staff there has always been kind and helpful and make you feel as if they know, and care, about you. I haven't had one bad experience with any interaction with them, great people.

I have some complaints about the work that I had done, and how expensive it was, and how I sort of feel that now, with some perspective, that I might have done things a little differently. I wish someone had talked to me more about my options, about the 'whys', and included me a bit more in the decision process. I also think that there was some disconnect in treatment when another doctor took over my case. I feel some regret about the state of my mouth and how much money I have spent to get here, which makes me wonder if I did some of the right things.

Sioux City, IA Aspen Dental office is the best! They have helpful, friendly staff that welcome you as soon as you step inside the door! They educate you on recommended treatment and actually care about your individual dental needs! If your looking for a new dental office, look no further!!!

Have always had a great experience when I visit them. The staff always treat me like an old friend. I have had considerable work done there and they have never hurt me. My dentist is the gentlest dentist I have ever seen. After going to Aspen Dental I can not imagine going anywhere else.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Doctor Molly KutKat did an amazing job. The hygienist was incredible and For the financial side of things I met with Jenny who was very helpful, kind and cheerful. I do not usually enjoy a dentist visit .. I dread them, but not in this case. I will be back :)

This place is a joke! Went in for my exam and that went ok. They told me I needed to get cleared from my doctor for my blood pressure which was high (because I’m sitting in a dentist chair!) So I made an appointment with my doctor and got cleared. Only for aspen to call me the morning of my appointment to tell me that my doctor did call to clear me. Now all of the sudden they need me to get a full physical????(the morning of)?????they couldn’t call before that to give me a heads up???? Very unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice people. Made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Up front pricing for all procedures. Would recommend to anyone needing a dentist, they are great!!
