They got me in fast. Did what I needed. At a reasonable price. And I am quite happy with their work.

It was my first day and it was very good. Everyone was very friendly and all my questions were answered. No one passed judgement on my lack of dental care over the last few years. I haven't had any actual work done yet so will do another review after some of my work has been completed.

Great staff, very friendly and efficient. My only issue is the actual dentist doesn't always check the patients in the order the staff has prepared them. She just starts on the patient in the first chair she comes to even though others have been waiting much longer. This has happened twice leaving me to wait sometimes 45 minutes to an hour, after the assistant has prepared me the 5 minutes with the doctor. My time is just as valuable as the other patients. Need better organization system for this stage of the visit.

They are extremely thorough with their diagnosis process and more than willing to help make arrangements in order to pay for the procedures done.

Just got my temporary bottom plate. I am extremely pleased with the fit, feel, and the way it looks. They matched it perfectly with my upper plate.

Dr. Clark is an amazing dentist. She's very gentle and makes sure you're completely comfortable before, during, and after the surgery. Very excited to get back there to get my permanent dentures.

Friendly staff. No judgement zone. My dental hygienist Jamie was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond. The dentist however was only in the room for like two minutes. I feel like the he could have spent more time in the room as opposed to talking with the front desk ladies.

They are amazing at the Sioux City location! So friendly, great customer service, and very good at what they do. I've been there for 2 extractions and cleaning: doesn't take too long, and they really do great work! Recommend going there!

I walk in to the one at the Commerce building and all the girls know me by name. It's actually pretty nice, because it makes you feel good that they remember you and not just only one of them it's like 5 or 6 of them. I would like to thank you all for making me feel so comfortable there & working with me, I really appreciate it. Stay safe! 😁

Went to Aspen Dental and was so nervous. However the reception was great ! The staff made me feel comfortable and they were very helpful in helping me make my decisions. I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone !

When i first walked into Aspen Dental all I knew was I had had tooth infected tooth and possibly more problems, because I had not been to dentist in 5 to 10 years and no insurance. So you can imagine I wasn't looking forward to going to the dentist. When I went into Aspen Dental everyone form the office staff to the dentist and dental assistants made me feel very relaxed and comfortable about the whole situation. When I went into the dentist office all the staff was warm and welcoming they made me feel very relaxed. If you’re someone like me that has super busy schedule they are very flexible with your appointments. I will say this it hasn't all been a bed of roses by any means but on the opposite side of that I do not think there is a single person In that office I wouldn't let work on my teeth. Both dentist and some of the office staff have probably saved me form making decisions would not be happy with in the long run. They explained all my options and kept me informed. They saved me form a making couple of mistakes that if they would not have taken the time and had not been honest and upfront about it, it would have cost me more cash in the long run. After my previous experiences at other dentist offices I know I won't be switching dentist offices again. All the staff including the dentists, dental assistants and front office personnel went out of their way to make sure I got the services I needed. They even called the lab and assisted in getting me a custom made bridge due to my special circumstances.If you have any questions about what options are available they will be more than happy to answer them.
