I wanted to become a new patient here and have an insurance that is listed on their website and also told the receptionist, Ellen, about my insurance which is Delta Dental. She kept going back and forth saying she doesn't accept that insurance and then would say they do accept it but wouldn't accept me as a new patient. It made no sense. It was so unprofessional and by the time she said she would finally take my information to "check" my insurance, I had lost interest because of how rude she was. The staff here is extremely rude and I wouldn't recommend even wasting your time. This is not the way new patients should be treated or anyone for that matter.
