The office is well decorated...beautiful inside, nice selection of items for kiddos to play and get comfortable with and is extremely clean everywhere. The instruments are state of the art and make cleanings fun. My daughter (3) had the best appt with Dr Lawson, I received advice and tips on the best way to care for her teeth. I will begin by writing that I have had an overwhelming fear of the dentist since I was a child, even down to my semiannual teeth cleanings. My experiences with other dentists have been satisfactory at best, and I have always dreaded dentist appointments…..until I started seeing Dr. Lawson, at Lawson Family Dentistry. To begin with all members of her staff, from the receptionist to the hygienist are extremely professional, kind, and always willing to make their patients feel comfortable. The staff and Dr. Lawson take the time to throughout exam your teeth, inform you of current issues, and take precautionary measures to stop future complications. They take as much time as needed to explain the procedures (they never act like they are in a hurry!), they offer pictures of your teeth so that you feel a comfort level regarding the work to be performed. For example, some dentists will say, “you need a root canal”, we will get one scheduled. At Lawson Dentistry, if you need such a procedure, they take the time to show you a picture of the current state of your tooth, offer a very detailed description of the procedure if desired, and encourage questions. A patient is never left to wonder if the procedure is really needed, or if it is the right choice, they are given information that allows them to make an informed decision. Besides the exceptional customer service, Dr. Lawson has equipped her office with state of the art technology to aid in determining the best treatment plan for her patients. For the first time in my life, I do not dread going to the dentist, I have found that dental visits at Lawson Dentistry have been very pleasant, my husband and three children and I will continue to use the services Dr. Lawson provides.

My sons and I have been clients for a couple of years now and have had very positive experiences. My oldest son had to have quite a bit of work done and he was very nervous the staff did a great job so much that he didn't have any pain. Dr. Lawson spent a lot of time with my son going over good oral hygiene and how to be better at brushing his teeth. They were very upfront about the cost and even reviewed options to assist with payment prior to any work being done. They also are very honest about what needs to be done now and what can wait 6 months. The office is bright and sunny with an upbeat positive feel. My boys don't even dread going to the dentist nor do I!
