I had an amazing experience at Plaza Dental! Sara my dental hygienist made it even spectacular. I felt comfortable around her. She was very personable and professional. She took the time to explain the whole process and very thorough with the whole process of taking X-ray and cleaning my teeth. I was impressed by her expertise and most of all I felt as if I’d known her for years because she made me feel comfortable! Thank you Sara and the rest of the team for an amazing first time experience!

Have had a couple more experiences since my first one and I would highly recommend Plaza Dental Jordan Creek to anyone!
The front desk employees are always friendly and welcoming and the techs are amazing as well.
My dentist is so kind and caring, even though my first experience was a difficult extraction, we both have recovered nicely and he is a gem!!

I have had a very good experience with Plaza Dental Lacey, my hygienist, has been very informative from the beginning. I don’t think I’ve had someone explain every thing that was being done and giving options as well as she does. Dr. Dietrich applied veneers to my front teeth which were chipped and crooked since third grade. I didn’t even know this was an option. It was suggested by Lacey and there was no pressure. They turned out great and I am very happy with them. I would highly recommend Plaza Dental Group.

The employees at Plaza Dental weŕe very friendly and accommodating. I did not have any interaction with the other dentists accept Dr. Jensen and Rick. They pretty much kept me informed of what was happening and the next step ahead. They both seemed very knowledgeable and worked together well. JOB WELL DONE!!

Staff was wonderfully friendly and welcoming the minute I stepped in t he door. Carly and Dr Dietrick were wonderful. My concern was the cost of an implant. I had gotten one 3yrs before at a different dentist for a third of the cost of this one. Once again kudos to the helpful and friendly staff. As a new patient that was a big plus.

First visit to Plaza and Talia is awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Just moved and hadn't had a cleaning in a year, but she put me completely at ease! Highly recommend as I've found my new dental home.

They seem really genuine. Honest, and helpful. Just a little on the pricey side for us. Otherwise if we could afford to use them and had more money they sure would have us as customers. Honestly if money isn’t an issue you need to go and talk to these guys for all dental work. They have it all. And are great people and willing to work with you.

Very UnProferssional Service. I went for my checkup yesterday.. When I was done with my service, The hygienist was trying to signal something behind me to the front office. There was some back and forth discussion among them. When I asked the lady in the front office who was taking the insurance numbers and helping the hygenist, she responded that the bill will go through the insurance. I said there is some discussion happening, and I would like to know what it is, the lady beside her explained that hygenist forgot to bill the x-rays during my last visit(which was last year) and will be billed in this visit. When my insurance came back, I was billed to a doctor whom I have never met during my visit and is also out of network which obviously increased my portion of the bill. Note: I got a call from plaza requesting to reschedule the appointment which I had scheduled last October.. I am thinking when they rescheduled, they have scheduled me to someone who is out of network.

On Tuesday, February 21, 2023 (11:00 a.m), I went for a consultation for 3 or 4 dental implants and a whole mouth reconstruction. After a preliminary check up, they told me to come back next Tuesday, February 28th (at 3:00 p.m.) in order to discuss with me the treatment plan and all financial details. Upon arriving today, the receptionist told me that I didn’t have an appointment! After I insisted that I had an appointment, she checked again and told me that they couldn’t discuss anything with me because the dentist didn’t put a treatment plan yet! Although I know that things happen, I think that being totally forgotten and/or neglected by your dentist is not a good thing! I’m really disappointed and cannot recommend this clinic.

I’ve been with Plaza Dental for the last six years after moving into the area. I have always been impressed with their professionalism. They are very thorough with everything, & I am extremely happy with the services they provide.
