Absolutely a fabulous place !!! I haven't been to the dentist in quite awhile, and I need some work done. Everyone that I came in contact with was absolutely the most kind and caring people I have ever met!!! They maybe feel very comfortable!!!! The office manager Jessica was the greatest as well !!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and very caring staff !!! Because of the treatment I received, I will never neglect my dental health and I will always choose Aspen Dental Waterloo everytime!!!

so I'd been going to Aspen Dental for awhile now my experience had been great until all of the male dentist that were there must've quite or something IDK .... now they are only left with one older female dentist with short sandy hair. I went in and paid for an exam to determine what needed to be done she ok'd me for a fill in on a tooth. so I paid the money which was almost 300 for the fill-in. Fine i made my appt to get the fill in the next week. I went in that day so excited... she got to work drilling the pain was horrible as I sat in the chair I felt more pain than I should have so I stopped her and informed her of my pain. She told me it was so much pain because the spot was a tender area. The so called dentist then informed me that she could not do the fill in because the tooth was to decayed; and I should get the tooth extracted. I asked her why would she drill in my mouth if she wasn't sure about it. That is why I paid for an exam in the first place. The only reason she stopped was because I stopped her. Now I have a hole in my mouth when she could've just left it and told me she wasn't sure and I could've went else where and on top of it all it was the wrong tooth I was expecting to get done. Horrible experience and that dentist needs to go back to school. She didn't even confirm the tooth she was working on with me or anything...

What a fantastic staff and dentist. I had a pretty lengthy procedure that spanned about nine months and they made everything wonderful! Highly recommend them and having their whole support through the entire process really made me feel great. Cannot speak highly enough of them!

The best dentists one ever been to I would recommend this to anyone in the world...the staff was so friendly and mad me feel so comfortable and after I was done I was totally satisfied with the out come....aspen is the shittt...i stamped that

The entire staff was awesome. Super friendly, and everyone absolutely knocked themselves out to be helpful. My husband broke his old denture (not from Aspen) and they got him in right away. We want to give a special shout-out to Cody, the lab tech, who made his new upper plate within one business day of the appointment! They fit and look great.

I usually love going to the dentist, but the vibe here was really weird. It was my first time there, so my opinion is based on a very limited experience, but I felt it was important to review. I moved rooms several times and met with the dentist, who immediately pushed whitening on me. Then I had to meet with their business manager to discuss my insurance and I was once again asked about whitening my teeth, saying it is usually $700 but I can get it now for $327. They also pushed for adding a fluoride treatment when I haven’t had that since I was a kid (and, from everything I have read, doesn’t add any benefit to my dental health). Something just felt creepy and scam-like. The best part about the visit was the dental hygienist, Megan, who was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable (she also said the $43 fluoride treatment wasn’t necessary for me). The dental assistant Julia was very sweet, too. I have to say, though, if I had a choice (which our insurance doesn’t give us) I would not make this my dental office. I really don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but I think it’s good to have constructive feedback.

As one of the many few who are terrified of the dentist office, Aspen Dental has gone above an beyond to make me feel comfortable there. The ladies are always pleasant and have me laughing before I sit in the big chair. And Dr Ala is amazing. He explains things in great detail and asks if I have any questions when finished.

Makayla and Megan are very dedicated to their commitment to provide customers with the best care. I had a fantastic experience in their office and I'm working hard to set up additional appointments to finish the work that we all started! Hopefully I'll be visiting their office again very soon! The dentist that responded to my needs was one of the best dentists' that ever treated me! Thanks again for a great experience!! I look forward to seeing you again very soon!

They didn't prescribe anything after my girlfriend tooth was pulled. And it's been 3 days she's in pain. Place is a joke
