I arrived at Aspen Dental in total distress from a botched immediate denture procedure. The Dr. and Tech had really absolutely nothing to go on, as no really good records were sent to them. So the whole Aspen crew, even the gals in the front office... started over to try to get me the perfect dentures.
I was told up front and honestly how hard and long this trek was going to be, but...with a light at the end of the tunnel. I appreciate that very much.

Special thanks to Cody, running basically with no givens on my teeth, and who burned his fingers in his lab, to make me a beautiful set.

Thank you Aspen Waterloo

TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, CHARGED TWICE FOR UPPER & LOWER PARTIALS THAT I DON'T HAVE FROM THEM!!

Dr. Ali was great. But the cost advertised and what it comes down to is quite different. Was very disappointed in that. They didn't come close to giving me what I knew Delta Dental would pay, so decided against purchasing dentures from them.

Worst service ever. My wife came in because of tooth pain. Left that visit being referred to a root canal specialist. After a visit with that dr. Turned out she didnt need a root canal, but guess what we had to prepay for services to be performed. Now insurance has covered the cleaning and waiting for them to refund us which could take up to a year. We do not recommend ever using Aspen dental for anything any time.

the staff was welcoming so was the xray technician but the dentist had a horrible bed side manner told me basically he was better than me, i have 3 kids work full time and my husband was gone for 20 months he recently returned home but is gone almost every night he works overnights so its my responbiliity to take care of 3 kids and clean the house eat pack my lunch their lunch and other stuff help with their homework potty train change diapers feed etc but because he is dentist he has more time than me if i had 4 minutes to even sit and watch Netflix than maybe ill have 4 minutes to brush my teeth. the dental hygienist was nice and very open and upfront about what is wrong with my teeth but they didn't even clean or attempt to clean or anything. the billing people gave me the total cost of what will cost me instead of offering payment plan through my insurance or through them i had go to creditors and with my student loans and with other stuff on my credit i was denied so looks like i cant get work done that i need done on my teeth. most places will offer a payment plan through them or something but why would i take out a loan to get stuff done on my teeth i rather take a loan to refinance my car or to get a house. i would say not go to them if i had another choice i wouldn't go back that is 2 hours out of my day i wont get back ever i couldn't spent it a normal dentist office and actually get my teeth done and talk with them about my root scaling pricing and what i can do to get it better

The ladies that helped me Megan c and Megan w. They were so wonderful and made me feel at ease since it's been 9 years since I've been to the dentist and I didn't have a smile going in but I sure had a big smile after I left and felt at ease knowing they were there to help me coming up with a plan on improving my oral care with flexible finance options. I trust them and I will be going back to them for all my Dental Care needs. Thank you

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! Such a waste of my time. Why do they ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes early when you have to wait 5 minutes for the receptionist to even acknowledge you're there? So having an appointment means nothing because another person came in after me who DIDN'T have an appointment and got not one but TWO kids seen all the while my appointment time has come & gone and I'm STILL waiting to be seen!! Needless to say 45 minutes later I went back up desk to inform them I'm walking out!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

They kept pushing for teeth whitening. asked me 5 times until i finally said yes. told me i had gingivitis so that i would buy their clinical toothpaste. The dentist said i need my two top wisdom teeth removed even though they are growing in without any problems and are not effecting any of my other teeth. To me it all seems like job security to keep their own pockets padded. all of it is unnesecary..

Would recommend this business to anyone. Time in the waiting room was short, under 10 minutes. Dentist was very helpful and concerned about my satisfaction with service he was providing for me. They also have an amazing "tooth artist" in their on site lab!
