After many years of neglecting to see a dentist, I found myself needing to see one! I’m so grateful I chose Aspen Dental!! My anxiety soon decreased after meeting Dr.Ala’a Al Arabi and his staff. Brittney M was wonderful and I can’t say enough about Megan Williams!! You say you strive for “5’s. I say you deserve a “10”! Thank you for making me feel relaxed!! Visiting the dentist is no longer a fear!!

Nice facilities, professional people, and efficient service.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. But Dr. Carol was the worst. Very Unprofessional and rude. Well not be going back until she is gone. But over all a great place.

Katlyn England

The receptionist, x-ray tech, and Brittney in billing were great. They were personable, answered all my questioned and laid everything out in an understandable manner. In the x-ray tech's case, very thorough in explaining where I could put my purse and patient with me while I fiddled with my glasses and patient with me on the positioning for x-rays.
I came in with complaints of toothache, as their website says you should do in case there is an underlying cause. I had previously been to a dentist that recommended extraction of the very tooth that was causing me pain currently.

What floored me first was the dentist's scoff after my answer to his question, "You have all this decay, what's stopping you from getting in to get work done?" and my reply of "I couldn't afford it." "So, because you couldn't afford it, you didn't come in and get work done."
Then I was told that I was lying when I told him that I was brushing twice a day. He attempted to scare me with dentures at 30 after I asked for my toothache tooth to be pulled, which I already honestly expected dentures at 30 years old with the knowledge of my decay. I've never had problems with my wisdom teeth by age 20 so no dentist has ever recommended to take them out. In order to get a root canal and crown on my toothache tooth, I would have to get my wisdom teeth out. There was just no way this could be worked around.

At the end of the day, the estimation of work came out at over 10 grand, I
was given a recommendation to an endodontist because they don't do molar root canals at this location, and no recommendation for the pain in my tooth in the mean time.
Get a second opinion. The other low star reviews on this place about multiple appointments, high billing, and especially rude doctors are what my experience was like today. I didn't have any issues with insurance but I'm sure those reviews about not working with their insurance is quite true as well.

If i could give less than one i would! GET A SECOND AND THIRD OPINION!!! The people who work at this clinic are kind. BUT!!! This is a high pressured sales clinic. Needed a crown replaced. I was refused to have this done until xrays and consult, and would need to come back. Consult revealed work that needed to be done. I was ushered into an office where the dollar amount of this work was in the THOUSANDS just for deep cleaning. PLUS they ignored a glaring cavity that needed to be filled. I walked out. 2nd opinion revealed yes the work needed to be done (including the cavity to be filled), however the cost was in the hundreds NOT thousands. I only went to this clinic because it's the only clinic that appeared to be "in network" for my dental insurance. Grateful for other dental offices.

Zac Cornell

They did a great job. Shelia D did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth!

Amanda Robinson

I wanted a tooth looked at I broke it and my appointment was at 2:15 and 45 minutes later i will still waiting so I left as other people got called in front of me.

Bailey Pearson

I had my wizdom tooth taken out at the Waterloo Aspen Dental. I was so nervous but everything went smoothly, and I did not feel a thing. I'm very happy with the work that was done!

The prices online are a lie. I was quoted over $8000 for dentures. I am however getting a crown done. But not for the advertised price of "crowns starting at $658" you're not getting a crown for $658. And if you need several teeth extracted I suggest going to an oral surgeon as they offer no sedation.

Cathy Allen

Everyone was helpful and kind. I wish I could have been put under some kind of drug because it was traumatic for me. The doctor was patient with me and my struggling.
The only complaint was I could have used more gauze when I was sent home.
