Aspen Dental

I was the last patient to have my teeth/ gums checked at Aspen dental and was impressed with the female staff, as well as the the equipment. But unfortunately the male dentist I seen made my overall experience, a bad one. I never got his name. Before he looked at my teeth he kept on questioning me, judging me and wasn't understanding at all about my oral hygiene choices and kept on continuing on with it. I was about to get up from my seat and just leave. I knew right then it wasn't going to be a good experience from that conversation alone. I had a feeling that the female dental assistant didn't like what she was seeing either. I come from an abusive backround and seeing this male doctor kind of reminded me of that a little. He was not nice about it. My gums are swollen and it hurts to open and close my mouth. I don't know if it's because of the swelling or not but I pushed his hand away one time because it was to painful but he just said "I'm trying to look at your teen, please do not move my hand". I'm not a doctor but I have feelings and I know if a sharp pain comes through my mouth because he open it wider than it what it wanted to then my body is telling me he should not have done that. After he looked inside my mouth he really didn't give me any info other then "pulling teeth". Not any diagnostic words/ terminology or medical explanation just "Pull your teeth or it will get worse attitude". Then the only female assistant that cleans the teeth informed so well about the depths of my gums as well as so much helpful information about oral hygiene that the male doctor previously criticize me for. She was positive and I can trust her to clean my teeth. But unfortunately I will not go back to Aspen dental and I will not recommend anyone else to.
After all that I'm supposed shake this guys hand goodbye and have a positive respectful attitude towards him? It makes me sad that I won't get to visit these female assistants (they may have other job titles) anymore just because of this rude guy.

Very friendly and professional staff, everyone from Haleigh and Megan to Brittany are terrific to talk to and helped explain everything I needed to know. Megan did a fantastic job getting my teeth cleaned. I'm very satisfied and would recommend Dr. Ala and his staff to everyone. Best dentist visit I've ever had.

The staff were all extremely friendly; working with multiple people throughout an entire experience can sometimes be a hard thing to normalize, but each person was very nice, informative, and did a great job of not making it seem like the whole process would be too complicated or confusing. They even went so far as to help me find a possible alternative if surgery needed to be done ahead of their availability. All in all, it was excellent service. Any business in the service sector could do better by following in this teams footsteps.

I've always regretted going to the dentist but after coming across this place, I find that I actually look forward to it! Megan my hygienist is always super nice and does an excellent job!! I no longer regret going every 6 months and plan to do so from here on out. 5 stars for sure!!

Everyone in the office was very courteous and helpful. I'm not a big fan of dentists, and it's been over 6 years since I last went to one, but I have to say, that everyone I dealt with at my appointment helped me to feel relaxed and may even keep me coming back on a regular basis from now on. :-) Thank you!!

They keep the door locked for a reason. They don’t know what they are doing. First i owe money then I don’t. This is the 3rd time around for scans for partials. At three weeks a time wait. They run their business like cattle out to slaughter. Very unorganized. Utter chaos is how to describe it.

Was great for same day appointment staff was friendly and awasome experience I am changing dentist. The first time I went this third time I am nit happy felt like i was getting drowned by the water pick my gag reflex kicked in dr kinda got upset and wasn't as nice mouth really hurts and my crown keeps falling off. Not sure i will be back Looking for someone else.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. My experience with Aspen Dental has been Awesome and I would fully recommend everyone to start going there for any dental needs. Truly great staff, the people here actually care .

Very friendly and good cleanings, but I have been there 3 times and each time they have sent me out without updating me on the health of my mouth. Even after getting x-rays done, they have not gone over the results. The dental hygienist did not tell me how my teeth and gums were looking before I left. I should have asked, but in my opinion, that should be part of their practice.

Thank you for getting me in the same day on short notice. Staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. As a truck driver on the road it is challenging to find care when emergencies happen away from home Aspen Dental hit it out of the park and less than 24 hours later I am feeling better Thank you
