I was in so much tooth pain that I just wanted it taken care of they named off all these problems make sure that I got a 5500$ credit out to pay for that before I even did anything and as soon as I got a root canal done at a different location I had no pain they capped my teeth in back that wasn’t necessary and I was very unhappy. YES I MADE MISTAKE BUT I WAS IN PAIN I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS

Sheila was great, awesome to be around and makes you feel comfortable. However the finance lady seems like she doesn’t really care. Can’t get ahold of anyone for credit line which THEY offer and just seems like they want your money and want you to leave. Highly recommend going to a more family oriented dentistry.

Had to reschedule my appointment for today's date (January 27, 2022).
The door was locked saying Aspen Dental is closed for this date.
Another customer was also in the parking lot saying they had an appointment as well.
A courtesy phone call to reschedule would have been nice, but I can see the unprofessionalism.
Never have been here, and honestly, I am glad I haven't had the chance.
