I’ve felt the need to delete my previous review and give an update. 6 months ago I had a filling done. A month after the filling I called and said that filling was causing pain, they said it was normal to still be experiencing pain. Over this weekend that filling fell out. So I called today and explained my situation and that I have moved about 7 hours away recently. The receptionist literally replied with “So what do you want me to do about it?” Which is funny because that’s what I am trying to figure out. I’ve never been absolutely speechless on a phone call. I had no idea what to say. Her solution to the problem was to go somewhere and pay to have it redone again or drive 7 hours to them and they would do it. I’ve never had fillings fall out before and to be treated like this is shocking. Especially after finding out that I would not get a refund to have my teeth properly fixed. A dentist should not care about the money but rather care about the health of the patients teeth. That was not the case here.
