Stay away from Dr John Meyer instead of helping does more harm and problems his hands also shaking pretty bad went for broken tooth but as always said need replace crown then after said needs root canal but have go somewhere else have done would have drill thru crown getting ready put on and fill in meanwhile pain broken tooth he had said could just leave but No had to Go off blood thinner and have removed he just wanted to use insurance for himself not do what was best for me insurance scammer other 2 dentist may be OK I don't know but talking with insurance carrier about his practices will say office has never called me to inquire why I wasn't returning so

Had a wisdom tooth extraction this morning, and I was in-and-out in 20 minutes, had very little (really no) pain during the procedure, and felt prepared for the at-home care after! Dr. Ali and all the staff made me feel welcome, safe, and comfortable- they check in on my life like good friends. It is wonderful to go to a place where I know I’m getting good care from good people!

Best dentist I've been to. The staff is always happy to help, great hygienists that always make me feel calm and welcome and the doctors are top notch. Thankfully they are close by for me, but even if I had to drive much farther, I'd certainly go out of my way to get my teeth taken care of here.

All of the staff is extremely nice. Fantastic with my young daughter. Ali is a great dentist and explains things thoroughly. Very chill environment and i am comfortable being there (I can't stand going to the dentist, so this is a big deal). Referred others here.

The office was clean. The reception people, friendly. They were covid ready (sanitizer, temps, call to check in). My scheduled appointment was only 7 minutes late. My normal dental hygienist had the day off (she is amazing and remembers little things about me that are important to me). The dental hygienist I had was friendly and easy to talk to. She was considerate, kind and efficient. The dentist is an avid bike rider and easy to talk to. He is efficient and cares about his patients. I love the extra goody bag filled with toothbrushes and floss! The staff is why I have continued to drive across town for the last 15+ years. A++!

My 6 year old daughter and I have been going to Dr. Ashley Edwards for about 2 years now and we absolutely love her! We actually were just in today and I noticed (just like every other visit) how genuinely interested she is in her patients. Dr. Edwards recalled things I told her 6 months ago and ask me how my wedding was and other details about my life. She is kind, but also a great dentist. I love watching her with my daughter. She explains what she is doing every step of the way and has fun names for all her tools so my daughter is never scared! All the staff in the office are amazing! The ladies up front are friendly, kind and informative! We are beyond happy at West Des Moines Dental Center and plan to be patients for life!

I love how fast every appointment has been. All people involved are helpful, polite, respectful, and make sure u understand everything to the fullest. They explore all options with u and they don't push u one way or another. One day I had a super bad tooth ache n I called n the next day I was in to get it taken care of. I also had to bring a baby with me n they made it all work. I was in n out of there in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this dentist office
