According to their policy if you change or cancel your appointment on the day of and it falls on a Wednesday or Saturday then you can’t reschedule on a Wednesday or Saturday for one year. My problem with that is not all circumstances can be prevented nor can cancellations always be before the appointment day. A patient to whom they refer to as VIP should at least be given a one time courtesy. My children have been patients for many years and I have never missed an appointment before but I guess that doesn’t matter to the females that answer the phone. I will consider finding another dentist because apparently loyalty is nothing of value to KCK Dental.

There new location is beautiful and located almost directly across the street from there previous location. Dr. Jones and the rest of the staff were nice and professional. Our son has problems with anxiety, so for him to say he wants to continue to go here, is BIG! Very comfortable surrounding, All personnel were very nice and helpful. Dentist was outstanding, made sure our son understood what she was doing and why. We will be back, and we drive from Topeka. By the way if you dont care for driving in KCK, it easy to get to, pull up directions before leaving home and if you can use a gps, or a driving app.
