Family & Implant Dentistry

Had tight jaw muscles over weekend. May have been related to tight c-pap mask. Dr. Witcher saw me at 7:00 am Monday. X-ray and exam revealed no problem. The good doctor didn't charge.

My sentiments mirror the other poster in the fact that "the office staff and dental assistants were very courteous and willing to help". However after that everything went downhill. We initially paid a lot of money out of pocket for minor procedures and were then assured that our insurance would coverage the rest.

Four months later they call us saying we owe them another amount, higher than previously stated, needed a new address and that they were going to resubmit it to the insurance. We gave them the required information and waited to receive a call back, we then didn't hear from them for six months and then recently got a call saying WE over EVEN MORE THAN BOTH OF THE PREVIOUSLY STATED AMOUNTS and that we didn't give them our new address which we did multiple times.

Obviously whoever is in charge of processing customer insurance and then informing their clients of the proper bills and staying in contact with the customer is horribly failing at their job. Terrible experience, and still not happy with issues unresolved. If you think of going here, make sure that all basis of payment between your insurance and this joke of a dentistry is written and signed off on paper.

Family and Implant Dentistry is an outstanding office with friendly, kind and helpful doctors and employees! They truly make a trip to the dentist office such an enjoyable experience!

I've been going to Family & Implant for 25 years. They have the best team in town, and its always a pleasant experience. I can always count on them for all of my dental needs!

In reponse to the owner's absurd fake "apology" response.... I never had the rest of the work done on my tooth in the Philippines, so thank you for being unprofessional and assuming things just to put blame on the customer and not addmitting to the major financial mistake you guys made on your end! My insurance company and I shouldn't of had to fix your mistake in the first place. Especially since the mistake could've been fixed in the matter of minutes if your employees would've just listened and did a simple look up to see that you guys filed duplicate claims and charged me TWICE then went after me with an upcharged bill I never owed! Not addmitting that you were at fault in this situation and trying to put the blame on the customer in your "apology" only shows how unprofessional, hostile, and irresponsible your bussiness and as a bussiness owner you really are. Deliberately withholding a customers reimbursement and refusing to attempt contact with that customer to inform them of the reimbursement is very dishonest and is a form of thievery. Granted that it was only a $42 fee, but charging that fee with the knowledge of insurance already covering the cost at 100% payed in full and then withholding that $42 with no intent of rightfully returning that fee was very sneaky, dishonest, low, and again unprofessional. It may have been only $42, but it was the lack of integrity and trustworthiness you are your bussiness FAILED to show and execute by NOT rightfully returning the reimbursement. Why don't you put that in your "apology" and start acting like a respectable and a responsible dentistry bussiness addmitting to your mistakes and stop pointing fingers at everyone else besides yourselves. (Yes, I've read all the other reviews and it looks like ALL your repsonses to those bad reviews was the same as mine. Putting blame on others instead of taking responsibility for YOUR MISTAKES)! Not a good way to treat your customers.

The staff at Family and Implant is amazing. My favorite part is how they treat my kids. They have a great way of being professional but extremely friendly at the same time.

I always enjoy the people and the service at Family and Inplant Dentistry. They have very good systems and processes in place that ensure an excellent client experience and quality treatment of any dental needs. I highly recommend Family and Implant Dentistry.

Great Staff. Great dentists. I’ve got a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, and they are excellent about treating my pain. No complaints!

I would highly recommend these people the staff is so awesome and so friendly they treat you like family they really know there stuff too my first day i was so nervous i was shaking i havent been to a dentist in long time was afraid of what they needed to do they have always gave me the best service anyone could ever ask for they calmed me down and after every visit there was no pain it was the best feeling i have felt in so long also my allergies have really calmed down if your wanting a cleaning or tooth pulled these are the perfect people

Sure they may stick sharp needles in my mouth from time to time, but they do it with love and care.. Awesome dentist office from the front desk to the nurses and dentists!
