I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Elijah Brown and his team. I am terrified of the dentist (would rather sky dive) and they let me know that they would help me every step of the way. Everyone I encountered in the office was kind and helpful. The exam was thorough and they kept me calm at every step. Ashton took all of my x-rays and dental pictures and made sure I was comfortable. Kirsten, the hygienist, was able to do her exam and remind me to breath, constantly making sure I was ok. Dr. Brown was attentive, answered my questions and laid out the plans for my dental care. I feel so relieved to have found a dental team that truly listens and cares about not only my dental health, but my mental well being during a process that I find quite terrifying. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown's practice and look forward to my future visits.

So many wonderful things to say about my experience, but I will share about the staff. I saw Dr Seth & Gabby, whom to my surprise, were able to keep my dental anxiety at ease with their friendly and patient ways to treat my urgent situation. A few chuckles at the dentist has not ever been my thing, thank you both! :) Stacey, Kristin and Vikki were also wonderful friendly faces to work with throughout my visit. I will be back and looking forward to seeing Kristin for cleaning services. Thank you everyone for your help and being down to earth, kind people! I've found my new dental crew.

This place could be good; however, I can only speak of my experiences. I’ve had 3 cleanings done here, and it’s a different hygienist each time. I’ve only spoken to the dentist once in the 4/5 times I’ve been here. I couldn’t pick him out in a mock lineup as he never seems to come check me after my cleanings or X-rays. My biggest complaint here is that I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I changed dentists simply because of the customer service aspect was lacking here from the very TOP. Staff has always been good and nice, but it’s not the staff’s name on the building.

Was absolutely terrified going in with this being my first trip to the dentist in 15 years or so. Wound up being an absolute exemplary patient experience. Kind, courteous, personable staff (Dr. Brown and Kayla in particular) and a great treatment plan laid out.

Most of all this practice has very high standards, and they stick by them! I travel now 1 & 1/2 hours to see them.
