I didn't like my experience cause I didn't fully understand what they were doing to my teeth. The procedure was mostly painless till the end when they drilled a cavity and the numming medicine didn't help. When I payed my bill it was not the same amount me and the receptionist had discussed and that made me uncomfortable.

Im not a fan of dentists due to bad previous experiences but i love this office. They are friendly personable honest and gentle. They take pride in what they do. They try their best to make each visit comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone who has high anxiety!

Had a cleaning and 4 fillings. Great experience! Friendly office and got me in quickly. One of the best filling experiences I've had and that's hard to do. Didn't try and up-sell me on things I dont need or won't use. Highly recommend!

August 2019: Only read if you want an HONEST review of this place.

I had pretty high hopes for this place, given the high reviews, but it has not been a good experience so far. The communication is beyond awful. It should not take an entire week to set the appointment because only one response is sent per day.

The service is a bit meh. If keeping up with emails and answering calls is an issue, they may need someone that can type faster or better at multitasking. They don't seem to be understaffed.

I am still waiting for a response, and it has been a few days now. If you have low expectations for communication, then this might be more fitting. I am waiting for the bill now because I have a feeling it will be incorrect, but I might just end up going elsewhere for any future dental services.

I will change the review if the above gets better, but so far I am seeing no signs of improvement.

Update 10/7: First contacted them on 8/16 . Appointment was not officially set until 8/22 due to lack of response. They literally sent one message per day. I was later told that they just got a new system, so are not familiar with it; i.e. do not check emails. Lies. The doctor (Nguyen) was only with me for less than 5 minutes. Jesse was okay (hygienist).

The only phone call I ever received from them was to collect insurance info. I've not once received a courtesy phone call, a call to apologize, or ANY attempt to set the next appointment. At all.

As expected, they mis-billed the insurance company. It has taken nearly two months to get that resolved. I only found out because I had to call them (as they apparently are selective about who they want as a customer and reach out to). Coincidentally, the day I called, I was told they JUST saw that they billed me incorrectly right when I called. Imagine that.

Even before that, I had to keep emailing and calling about the predetermination/estimate for the next service. The insurance company was becoming just as unhelpful as they were, and it was not until I said I was filing an official grievance that it was finally resolved.

I told Legacy multiple times that I wanted to hurry to get this resolved so I could go elsewhere, and they never said anything about retaining me as a customer. No apology until a month later, and it was just a quick "sorry." I think they are biased, inconsistent, a malpractice, and people should be weary when reading over their bills from them. They will overcharge you for services they never performed, and they will avoid you if you do find out about it. If you are a POC, then good luck getting any service at all. The service that you do get will be FORCED and limited.

The final email that I sent before cutting ties was that I wanted a copy of my exam results. They sent a PDF with nothing else. No kind of correspondence in the message at all (no greeting, pleasantries, nothing), just a "here's what you asked for now go away already."

Given how HORRIFIC this service and communication has been, there is absolutely no way they have this high of reviews. These are fake reviews, so go with caution if you think they are worth it. I found them on Delta Dental, and I feel the reviews are completely fraudulent. ZERO STARS are what this place is worth. They need to be reported.
