Today was my first ever visit
to Monticello Family Dental.
The whole staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. As comfortable experience I’ve had at
a dental office. Dr. Swan is extremely
professional and also provides a
thorough consultative explanation of the very best treatment options and
gives her patients the decision on which option they decide. I was was
there on my initial visit for a cracked
tooth that partially broke off.
After her professional examination,
I now have a terrific treatment plan.
I Highly recommend her as your personal or family dentist; and you’ll be welcomed by her staff!

I am 30 weeks pregnant and my regular dentist wouldn’t pull my wisdom tooth (broken in half, falling apart, and causing EXTREME pain) I called Monticello and they got me in right away and got my tooth pulled for me! Everybody was amazing. Front desk, the dental assistants, and the DR. I have extremely bad anxiety but they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Definitely recommend people to go there.

I really like this place. We were going to another dentist for almost 20 years and made a switch to monticello family dentist this past year. Staff is so wonderful and they have new technology and they listen to your concerns.

First off I’ve never been to a Dentist office where the Dentist does not come in after the work has been done and simply just tell you if there is anything you need please let us know which happened here….. the bridge temporary fell out the next day and I returned and it fell out again. Today I had the permanent put in and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a dentist 7-10 shots in my gums to numb the area and it still was not fully numb….. not to mention awhile back both my wife and daughter had extremely bad experiences with just cleanings , my daughter went home crying and she was 17 years old at the time not 5 or 6 and my wife had a similar experience with her cleaning ….. to me that is not acceptable… We as a family have 2 insurances and will not be going back. There are other Dentist that will show compassion and good dentistry to there patients.
