The place is a joke! I had sevices done in August of 2018 and I agreed to pay $900 out of pocket through scheduled credit card payments. I infact paid on time as planned the entire $900 and a year later they are now contacting me telling me they made a mistake on what my insurance was going to pay and I now owe another $800. I told them that wasn't what I had agreed to a year ago when the service was done and if I knew it was going to cost that much I wouldn't have done the services. They then told they would look into it but instead 2 DAYS LATER they had reported me to the credit bureau because I received a phone call from them!

A bit frustrated having come in without pain, and problems were found and worked on and now can't get rid of pain since a crown on one tooth and a filling on another. Being referred to an endodontist after paying a lot for my visits and then leaving in pain with a bruise on my face was not a good experience.

Our family has been with Discovery Dental since 2004 and we absolutely love it! The patient waiting area is so nice and relaxing with soft music, free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The administrative staff greets you with a huge smile when you walk in AND they actually acknowledge you by your first name because they take the time to get to know you. What is particulary nice is that you virtually don't have to remember much of anything as they will send you reminders to schedule an appointment for your next visit as the time draws near, they take care of all insurance questions for you so you don't have to contact the insurance company and be put on hold for long periods of time! It's such a time saver! The dental hygienist are extremely thorough when conducting the cleanings and preparing you for other procedures. My little ones actually enjoy going to the dentist!
Dr. Casteneda is such a great dentist! He stays on the cutting edge of procedures and practices. He is conscientious about his work and ensures his work is top notch at all times. I had been grinding my teeth at night for years and he kept telling me to let him fit me with an orthotic but I was reluctant because I didn't think it would make a difference. Last year I finally relented and it is AMAZING! The first morning I woke up I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders! My jaws, neck and shoulders felt so relaxed from not grinding my teeth all night... I'm so happy I have my orthotic - I go nowhere without it. Thanks Discover Dental!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DISCOVER DENTAL!! RUN AWAY!!! I had seen Dr. Castanetta for some time even my family went to see him on my recommendation ! Sadly I had even written a favorable review of his patient care after much cajoling from his staff.I had 2 dental implants from this dentist. I was latter informed by a new dentist that Dr Castanetta had put in 2 implants where there should have been only one! I also had numerous problems with his billing system!His office held onto a dental reimbursement for close to a year that was owed to me!! I do believe his office staff is well meaning.However under no circumstances will I ever recommend this man to do any dental work !

This is a great place they care about you so much when they do work on your teeth it don’t hurt and if it do they will stop and make you comfortable. I tell everybody about this place try it for yourself and you will see they are great.
