Dr. Carpenter is great! He is friendly and has good chairside manner, which, to me, matters... Update: I went in today to have Dr. Carpenter do an adjustment on my implant supported lower denture because of a sore spot. He really didn't have time to do it himself so a nurse did it and she did a great job fixing the problem. I have never had an issue with anyone except one person and it's not a huge issue,. she could just be a little friendlier...

Dr. Clark is so far the best dentist I have ever been to. His work is wonderful. Most dentists I have experienced tried to push services I didn't need just to make as much $$ as possible and their work was still just mediocre at best.
This place cares about providing a service you actually need and the quality is great. Both my husband and I have been coming here for a few years now. Never have been disapointed.
We don't live in Wichita, but this place is worth the drive.

I have enjoyed my dentist Dr. May greatly. However the practice itself is TOO EFFICIENT. They are stacked on top of each other and the schedule is so full if something comes up your not getting an appointment for months out.
As a business owner I understand the need for efficiency... However you also have to keep a phantom appointment on your schedule every single day in a practice this size so that when things come up you can still help your customers. That may mean that you have to pay a hygienist for a slot that she doesn't have a customer each day, but in a practice this size I'm confident that there is something for her to clean or do during that time to still be efficient for you as a business.
The front office neglected to schedule my appointment on the actual schedule they just wrote it down 6 months ago, when I showed up today they didn't have anything available because it wasn't on the actual schedule. Unfortunately the first available reschedule for me is October, and it's now April.
Again, I understand things happen, but you are in the people business and your practice is too full. Add more people to help, or stop accepting new patients.
