Will not ever come back here, Dr. May is a terrible employer to her assistants, I was getting work done by her and I guess the assistant passed her the wrong instrument and the Dr grabbed it and thru it across the room I don’t think someone this unstable should be practicing anywhere

Best music selection around . Dr's and staff are top notch, making the experience one that you wont mind repeating...lol. Seriously, i'd give this place a 10 star if possible!

Dr.smith and his assistant have made me not fear going to the dentist. They are kind, crack jokes, make it all around feel like a welcoming place.

Great staff. I have gone to there for almost 20 yrs. Highly Reccomend!

Dr. Carpenter is gentle and always explains what he is doing anytime he has works on me or my children's teeth. I have never have had issues with any of the staff in the 15+ years I have been a patient there.

The people are always friendly and the environment is awesome.

Don’t go here. My husband encountered a very rude dental hygienist and ended up leaving the appointment early due to this lady’s appalling behavior. I had to reschedule mine and my children’s appointments and they sent me a letter saying they can charge us $40 for each missed appointment, when I clearly called in to reschedule them. The people that work there have no clue what they are doing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing about them is that they’re opened late but that’s it.

Never had any issues. Friendly staff and good service.

I really liked Dr. Miles who recently retired. I have seen two other dentists at this location, and they've been fine. Just not as great as Dr. Miles.

They schedule really far out, or same day if there are cancelations. There's not really any in between.

The hygienists have all been personable and do a good job. Sometimes you'll get one in an obvious bad mood, but we can't all have good days, right?

I am concerned that one time they said I had a cavity. I went back to have it filled and was numbed with a shot. Then when the dentist came back he said they were mistaken about it being a cavity.

I've also had billing/insurance issues with them in the past, but they were all resolved with a day or two of me calling.

Overall, I like this practice. I've been going for seven or eight years and will continue to do so.
