This place is absolutely wonderful!!! Wonderful care very clean place , Very fast and the rep Eric was amazing to help in every possible way he could. I had a horrible tooth ache that the tooth needed pulled. Dr Patel is absolutely amazing at his job. Kelsey and Janelle was also amazing and very helpful. And knows their job very well. Thanks for each of your help I would definitely recommend anyone to come to you guys.

I had work done at Aspen Dental a few years back, and it was easily the best dental experience I have ever had. I have had some new issues arise, and in starting with a new Aspen Dental office, in a new city, it would seem it was not an experience exclusive to the first location. Aspen Dental has a great team... wherever I go.

Staff, Technician and Doctor very nice and friendly. The Technician was very good with the x-rays and 3d modeling. Was disappointed in not getting my tooth filling filed that had fallen out on this visit. Was the whole purpose in coming to this new office.

We like this location. It's located close to our home. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The wait time is short and once I was in the chair the dentist was right there to help. He suggested the hygienist see me. She came in within two minutes. Afterwards they set up a schedule to have each procedure.

I paid nearly $5,000 for a set of Dentures they've never fit right I've been in there several times they've cracked twice and the second time that they've cracked they split up the middle of the top plate and they won't fix them they want to charge me $160 something dollars I think they should be fixed for free. So I guess I can't eat until I go elsewhere to get new ones mine are only 2 years old. And I didn't wear in the first 6 months

Dr. Bated was great for my initial visit and complaint of severe tooth pain. Dr. Inman did a wonderful job of extracting my tooth. However, the “office manager”, I think his name is Eric or Evan, needs some courses in basic understanding and communication. I had expressed that AFTER my tooth was pulled, I wanted a partial and some hygienic maintenance work done. So when I sat down with him, he laid out this wonderful dental care plan that started with periodontal cleanings and whitening, moving to being fitted fur a partial BEFORE my tooth was extracted, waiting for said partial, and then having my tooth removed. When a patient comes into the office, for emergency dental pain, they don’t want to wait weeks or months to have the tooth that is paining them removed. The complete lack of understanding on his part absolutely made me furious. To sit and waste time presenting a very detailed dental plan to someone who is there to have some emergent pain resolved is beyond ludicrous to me. As I stated about Dr. Bates and Dr. Inman were magnificent. However, I will not be back in that office for any type of work, and it is because of the gentleman that works in their office, trying to convince people to start an $8000 dental plan that will not solve their immediate problems. He should learn to do better. He should learn to listen to what patients are saying, instead of his scripted paper.
