Some things are worth the wait! Amidst the COVID crisis, Aspen was professional and courteous and as timely as they could possibly manage. I highly recommend this office as they were obviously putting patient care first.

Everyone at Aspen Dental were very kind and patient. I'm satisfied with the care I received, as well as the payment plan we decided on. They're a professional and competent team.

I went to this office because it was closer to my work. I had a specific complaint about a sensitive toot with a cavity. They too about a dozen xrays of all my teeth and then I saw the dentist. After checking my teeth, the dentist pointed out some other dental problems I had, which is true and seemed to be trying to steer me to a major dental overhaul. I told them I wasn't interest in that today and just wanted my cavity filled. At first she wouldn't admit I had a cavity, but did when I pressed her. She wouldn't say she would fill the tooth when I asked her to. I then asked for another dentist and talked to the owner. He said they did comprehensions dentistry and would not answer a yes or no question on whether they would fill my tooth. I walked out. I have never had a dental visit this frustrating or unprofessional.

Complete lack of communication. Called to schedule a new patient appointment. Confirmed I only wanted a cleaning and not X-rays. Confirmed the price because I don't have dental insurance and was planning on paying out of pocket. Showed up for my appointment to find out they weren't doing the cleaning but a checkup with X-rays. I do not appreciate being misled over the phone and wasting my time, especially since I took time off of work to have this appointment.

I will never ever recommend anyone to do business with this place. Absolutely horrible. I sat with my husband for 3+ hours to have a tooth pulled. After being over charged for a mouthwash that you can get at the pharmacy they didn’t have it in stock. I asked for a prescription so that it could be filled that night, I was told we don’t do that. But the dr gave me one. So I payed twice for medicine. We were told that my husband had a deductible of one amount and charged more. In order to charge my credit card the amount had to be over $200. Really !?!! Oh and you can’t get a refund unless it’s the full amount. This is the most money hungry place ever. I wish I had read the other reviews and talked to others before going here. I havent heard anything good about this place. I understand hippa laws but you don’t mind to take my money or charge my card but you can’t tell me why you charged my card more money bc it’s for my husband. Worst experience ever. The dentist himself was great but the office manager was horrible. I asked questions and she couldn’t even look at me when answering. I’m calling the credit card company and letting them know all about this as well. Do not go to this place!!!!

As a new paitent I was offered my visit, exam and x rays all done for free. And 20% off any service I needed. Everyone was kind and professional. As nervous as I was I was still comfortable there. Everyone had a smile.

Very positive experience. The staff was friendly and pleasant and very professional. They were caring and demonstrated concern for my comfort during the dental procedures. I was quite pleased with my treatment and experience.

I went in to fix what previous dentist had done but they said to fix was going to cost about 15,000 which I do not have cause I’m am just a school bus driver, so I went with the 3,000 plan cause I trusted them and boy was I wrong! My bite doesn’t even touch but I can’t even eat cause they have my top biters so small they can’t even touch my bottom bitters on the inside. This place is a complete joke and should be sued! They didn’t fix my smile they made me not want to smile! Never go here cause if I would have read the reviews I’d never settled for here!!!

When I went to this location, the staff was too busy chatting among themselves to be courteous to me. Also Dr Graham was very abrupt in our visit. Kept leaving the area to work on other patients and made me wait 3 times. Plus the room was very dirty. I left very angry and wont go back.

READ WHOLE REVIEW FOR YOUR OWN GOOD...Met with Dr. Graham, very impressed. Start my work on 7-13-16. He did great, but down hill from there...Lots of problems. Billed my insurance & credit card for services not rendered yet, can't get it back after 2 yrs of trying..They changed Drs 3 times during my process.Still no dentures & money not refunded.
Billed my care credit. Paying a bill to keep from killing my credit!!! STAY AWAY...
