They triple book their appointment times so your left sitting forever not ti Mention they won’t even see for the reason you make the appointment but instead call it an exam and make you have a second appointment to do any work. And let’s not mention them trying to sell you overpriced oral hygiene products that you will never use and don’t need just so they can make an extra buck. I suggest finding a dentist that’s not about the all mighty dollar if you want quality service.

I have never been treated better at a dentist office than I was here. The office staff was great and treated me like a friend rather than a patient with a number. The dentist was caring and concerned about my needs. This office certainly won me over and I will go back for any future dental needs.

The staff at Aspen Dental is great. I just got my third set of dentures (two sets at previous dentists) and for the first time I'm able to actually bite into foods. The two sets before did not allow me to bite into anything. Dr. Ihnen is great. He is very funny and cordial. He made sure the dentures fit correctly and explained each thing he was doing with the dentures. I am very pleased. For the first time in four years I am able to feel and eat like a normal human being. Thank you Dr. Ihnen and all of your staff. The lab tech was great and did a very nice job in adjusting my dentures. BTW I had a crunchy taco after I left the office...first time in many years...and one of my fav foods. :-D

Went in for tooth pain and a swollen check. Had to wait about 45 mins to get to the back. Then made me take about 6 or 8 x-rays with a tooth ache and a swollen jaw I could barely open. Then went to a chair in a room that was only divided by cabinets. Waited another 20 mins or so for someone to come in and look at my gums. After she left I had to wait another 30 mins for the doctor to come in. She looked at me and told me what the problem was. We talked about what to do. She went to write a plan up. After another 30 mins I had The office manger come get me and take me to her desk and talk to me about what it would cost to do everything I talk to the doctor about. After all that I left there still in pain and with only an antibiotic. I was there about 3 hrs and was still in the same shape I was when I got there. The people are nice but the wait times and the X-rays where not acceptable in my opinion.

Made appointment confirmed trough text messaged. Got there they have canceled my appointment because they didn’t talk to me verbally. Reschedule they canceled on me because the office needed to close early. Reschedule again was pulling in and they texted me and canceled. This place is a joke. They are very inconsiderate.

BEWARE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried Aspen due to their hours. I regret not taking a single day off of work to go to a more respectable dental practice.

I was grossly overcharged, and have had nothing but complications since going to them. Broken crowns, bad patch up jobs, resulting in cuts on my inner cheek and gums due to sharp jagged edges left on the cement on the crown, missed several days of work due to having to come in over and over to have them fix their mistakes. Have been in literal nonstop pain for the last month and a half, due to shoddy work.

I called the "emergency" line, on a Saturday when my crown broke, leaving my nerve ending exposed to where I couldn't eat or drink anything. And after 6 calls to the emergency line and nearly 7.5 hours, I finally get a call, and basically am told that the dentist that was "on call" was 3 hours away and to do it myself with a "crown repair kit" that you can get at a pharmacy. (No you can't; they don't exist.)

Dr. Graham prescribed Tramadol and Norco for the pain, neither of which helped, so I didn't even bother with taking them. I am however on a steady "diet" of 800 mg of ibuprofen 4 - 5 times a day to keep the pain somewhat at bay.

The best person is the dental hygienist, who was awesome. The rest of the staff acted as though I was a bother, or a hindrance, even at normal appointments. I will NOT be going back.

The staff at Aspen dental in Frankfort, Ky are great! I have had bad teeth and an ugly smile for fifty years. This team I am working with have given me the awesome smile I’ve always dreamed of. Thank you all so much for the outstanding job you are doing!!!

Today is the third time Aspen dental in Frankfort has forgotten or deleted my scheduled appointment. The previous two instances i didn't know about their policy stating that "if you don't call to confirm your appointment 24 hrs in advance they will cancel the appointment." This time i called to confirm today my appointment for tomorrow, and they "have no record of my scheduled appointment."

My first time visit was amazing! Every staff member made me feel so welcomed and they took their time explaining any questions I had regarding financial, diagnosis, and other questions pertaining to my visit. I would definitely recommend my family and friends!!! Thanks again!!! You guys are awesome!!!😁

Had all my teeth extracted and New dentures in One sitting.
Arrived at 8 Am was done by 10:30 Am.
Not a single bit of pain or excessive bleeding.
BIG THUMBS UP!!!
