When I called to reschedule my elderly mother’s appointment, I was immediately put on hold. I waited 6 minutes before I hung up. I called again and before I could get a word out, I was put on hold again. I tried one more time and as soon as the young lady answered, I started saying”Wait.” I said it three times to no avail and was put on hold without even a response from the young lady. This is a terrible business practice!

Overall the visit was great. Came in Thursday night on 3/8/18 for a check up since I just moved to town a couple months ago. Staffs and the doctor was nice. A bit more waiting that I expected. Appointment was at 5:45 pm but didn't get out until 7:00 pm.

I was very nervous when I first went in, but they made me feel very comfortable. They have an awesome staff there. My insurance will not cover any of it but I'm still staying with Aspen. Very satisfied

First of all I drove for an hour after calling this location and double checking that they would be able to see me that night as a walk-in. Basically I drove here for no reason because they didn't see me. Even though I told them I had gone to location closer to home where an hour and half before closing they told me: we can't see you even though I was in pain. This location told me to go to the one farther away without even checking for me, so had the front desk guy call them and verify. They were gracious enough to fit me in two days after my original visit though. But seriously instead of making me drive they could have saved me some time and gas money they should have just told me: we can't see you tonight.

Every single that could go wrong, did go wrong. Every visit, my estimate changed, was told multiple times my insurance was terminated (it wasnt and never changed), had 6 visits for what should have been 3. I paid in full everytime I came, and paid upfront when I was told I needed a month guard, which was $80 out of pocket. When I came to pick it up, I was told insurance didnt cover it and I owed $260. I called my insurance, which said they were covered but had no details because the claim hadn't been filed. I went ahead and paid for it and expected a refund.....but apparently my insurance only covered 1 type of guard and Aspen made me the uncovered kind. They also didnt give me any type of case for it and of course my dog snatched it off the sink and bit down before I could grab it. It was literally given to me in a ziplock bag. I walked in to my first visit with no pain, just to establish care. I was given 6 fillings that still, 2 months later, are causing me horrible pain. My "$80" mouthguard that actually cost me $260 lasted a few days, and now I'm searching for a new dentist.

My husband was treated at aspen dental in Owensboro this week as a new patient. He was extremely satisfied with his treatment and the professionalism of the staff. He broke a tooth and needed a crown. The dentist got him in right away and the service was excellent. Throughout the procedure the dentist explained each step in the process.
GREAT JOB DR. Deitz!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went in less than a year ago to get a cleaning they told me I would need to get a consultation done. I go back 2 weeks later they tell me I have 4 cavities (which might I add I’ve only had one my entire life which was a baby tooth). So then I schedule my fillings and ask when I can get my cleaning. They tell me I need to wait until the teeth are filled to schedule my appointment for a cleaning.. so once they fill in my 4 teeth I notice one that is very sensitive I go back and tell me dental assistant and she says “oh I’m sure it’s just a nerve or something” JUST A NERVE OR SOMETHING?! So fast forward to present day. I was eating the other night and my same tooth that was bothering me the filling popped out. I immediately called another dentist and she advised me that the tooth had not been properly filled and that there was still decay and I would need a root canal... after my root canal the dentist looks and another filling they did was also needing to be replaced. I paid $400 out of pocket for fill ins that not only need to be replaced but I just also paid for a $1300 root canal and now I need a crown as well. Moral of the story.. please just go to a real dentist these people obviously don’t have a clue what they are doing or either just don’t care.

Invisalign Results are amazing. I had such wonderful results with Dr. Dietz and my Invisalign. The results brought me to tears. She is such a wonderful dentist and person. Very thorough and caring. The office staff and dental assistants are hands down 5 star.

They managed to get me in on short notice. The staff was friendly, but the assistant was very rough while helping the dentist. I have sore spots from her jamming tools in my mouth.seemed to be more concerned about speed, or maybe lunch.
