I had to have some extractions done and the doctor did a wonderful job. It was pain free and they even walked me through the steps on how to take care of the sites. The staff was really friendly and set me up on a payment plan that worked for me. Karen the dental assistant was really comforting throughout the procedure and very explanatory.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Everything was explained in detail. I was very satisfied with my visit.

I’ve been to Aspen on several occasions. Sometimes the service is good and on time. However there have been long waits in both the waiting room and while being treated. I went there because of the free financing (if you’ve a crown, etc., you’ll understand why). I had to also had to have a crown and it took way too long to get it; and honestly I didn’t think it fit quite right.
I honestly don’t trust what they say needs to be done. It’s been quite a while since I went there even though I’ve already paid for 1 filling I hope they’ll honor, but as I checking out at billing they said I needed 2 fillings. The dentist said only 1 filling was needed. I didn’t bother to ask why.
I hope they’ll honor the one filling I’ve already paid for! After that I’ll reevaluate Aspen Dental for future visits!

I am very happy with my experience at Aspen dental. The people there are very friendly and professional in every way. They went out of their way to get my appointments set up for my schedule at work. I just recommended them to a co-worker and he is visiting them tomorrow.

The staff is friendly. Very knowledgeable, and I was treated with the utmost respect. The office is clean and they are very fast!
However, the 3 star rating is because I went in on Monday & I did the X-ray and exam and they were well aware I was in pain. They could see the tooth decay is right on my nerve.. Told me they would call me in 2 to 3 days after reviewing what I need done. Friday rolls around, still no call. By now, im in even more pain. I call them and ask if there's a way I can have antibiotics to help. Well, they don't have my insurance information that I gave to them on Monday. Then, they call me back around 12 to ask for my Husbands information that I already gave to them on Monday..
I was told I would get a call back within 15 minutes, no call back. So I called at 2 pm to check for an update, and their office closed at 1.
Im STILL in a lot of pain, and now I have to wait all weekend before finding out ANYTHING! This is ridiculous, I refuse to go to the ER because having private insurance, the co pay is hundreds of dollars. So come Monday, if this issue has not been resolved I will go somewhere different!

Dr. Deitz is an absolute miracle worker with my autistic son. She was able to keep him the most calm I have ever seen him at any doctors appointment. My experience alone truly deserves so many more stars than five but I am truly blessed with my experience today.

I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment in order to fill out paperwork, I waited for about 45 minutes, which my appointment was at 5p, and it was 5:45. And when I asked how long it would be the receptionist at the front desk was quite rude,And insisted that I had only been waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time in a very, Sarcastic way. Her attitude changed as soon as she found out that I had Medicaid for my insurance and they did not accept Medicaid insurance. Therefore I walked out.

Warning! Steer clear of Aspen Dental. They are interested in one thing only, padding their pocketbooks.
My wife and I were going in as new patients, for a routine checkup, and teeth cleaning. I also was well aware I had a cavity in one of my teeth that was giving me troubles.
Long story short, the visit was more of a consolation. I will say the staff were friendly, until you get to the end of your visit. The tooth that had been giving me issues was abscessed (I was not surprised about this) but this was not the focus. Instead, it was on my wisdom teeth that have never given me any issues. Upon getting into the office towards the end of our visit, and discussing the treatment plan, they wanted to schedule an appointment for a deep tooth cleaning, and an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed, and gave me a referral to a regular local family dentist for the root canal I needed. This is the point the office lady turned into a pushy used car sales man. Needless to say, they wanted nearly 10K for a good cleaning (which was needed) and the removal of my wisdom teeth (which a second opinion stated was not necessary) oh, and the root canal I actually did need, that wasn't included. That would have to be done at the dentist across town they referred me to. My wife was in the next room. She had all but one wisdom tooth removed previously many years ago. They wanted to charge me nearly 3k for her cleaning and the removal of the one remaining wisdom tooth she had, again, not causing any issues, and not necessary. By the way, we have dental insurance... so it was going to be all together around 7k out of my pocket. And again, that's before the root canal I needed!

They are always fast at getting me in and out! I have never had to sit wait very long at all. They do a wonderful job and are the only dentist's office that will work with me and my work schedule. They stay open late once a week, until 7pm I believe.

I've had 3 appointments at this place and arrived early, signed in and waited over 30min in the lobby each visit. If you are going to make customers make appointment don't make them wait. My last appointment was a cleaning, which took the 30min lobby wait, than 18min in the chair during the actual cleaning. After the cleaning I waited another 10 minutes the for doctor. She came back inspected my mouth and did a oral cancer screening. Which took her literally 2 minutes. I was told everything looked fine and "to keep doing what I'm doing" In total 1hr for a simple cleaning. They also will try to sell you fluoride not covered by your insurance, electric tooth brush, toothpaste and try to set another appointment with you without giving you a choice. When you refuse or don't want a service you can feel the aggravation from the employees. I will not be back or recommend Aspen Dental.
