We had such a great experience from the start with Peggy at the Bowling Green office that I was honestly a little worried about changing to the Owensboro office. I had nothing to worry about . It exceeded my expectations because Kaitlyn, our hygienist from Bowling Green, was there! The bottom line is that your people and personal attention make the difference. Thank you for finding the best people!

Overall, extremely time consuming! I don’t know if it is a shortage of staffing or being disorganized but THREE HOURS to have my teeth cleaned is WAY TOO EXCESSIVE. One hour-ten minute wait B4 being called to get started. From there 2 hours and some change for prep and procedure B4 walking out the door. Technician performing the cleaning procedure had far too much going on besides (the present job) ME. Seems to be quantity over quality as far as service. I am not speaking from a single experience. This happened upon my previous visit and to a colleague.

The employees of Aspen Dental were very nice. I really liked the dentist I saw, Dr. Deitz. I was assured I wouldn't leave there without a plan to renew my smile. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. My credit wasn't good enough to get my teeth pulled and dentures ordered. When I made my appointment, I was told I could make payment plans with them. After I drive 80 miles to see them, I found out that I had to make payment arrangements thru a finance company. Since I live on a small social security check, there is no way for me to pay so much for dental work. Needless to say, I left there a very unhappy woman. I drove back home in tears...

The doctors and staff are fantastic and full of not only knowledge but also personality. It's doesn't just feel like a trip tonthe dentist but hanging out with friends. We joke, we laugh, we stick needles in my gums, and they give me a smile like i haven't had in many years.

I went in expecting a cleaning as that was the reason for making my appointment. All I received was an exam and told I needed to come back for 2 additional visits for my treatment. I was not explained in detail the financial aspect of my visit and to my surprise on my individualized treatment plan, there is a price listed for $135 for an electronic tooth brush that I knew nothing about or that would be included as part of my treatment. I was highly dissatisfied and did not feel like I was going to receive the best possible care, which was the main reason for trying to switch my current dentist to Aspen.

The dentist and the dental assistants are very friendly and easy going. They listen to your concerns and work with you rather than against.

As an uninsured Aspen Dental patient for the past several years, I find their prices to be affordable and their entire clerical and clinical staff to be paragons of friendliness, professionalism and competence. 05/01/18 Update:
After yet another appointment at the Owensboro, KY Aspen Dental facility yesterday, I continue to be amazed by the fact I actually look forward to what some people presumably regard as a dreaded experience. The office staff were cordial and professional, as usual, and I made the acquaintance of a new dental hygienist, Angie, whose considerable interpersonal skills were matched by her proficiency as a care giver. My next appointment is six months hence, a date which I anticipate with eagerness.

The dental staff is nice but there is at least one person that answers the phone that could use some tutoring in manners. I did not like the way I was talked to by one of the office staff. Most likely won't be back although I spent about $1000 for dentures there.
