I took my daughter, Amber in today. She had x-rays. This morning, and went back this afternoon for an extraction. My daughter has a disability, but the staff calmed her. She had a great experience. If she has another emergency, I will definitely take her back.

Today was my first visit and everything was great. Dr.Deitz was the dentist and she explained what needed to be done. Amanda checked my teeth to see what needed to be done and was awesome at going over it all with me. Then Makayla went over the costs and what my insurance would pay. She then set up my next appointment. They were all so professional, yet they made me feel comfortable.

On a cross country drive, I got in a bike accident and required x-rays and a filling. I was able to get such quick and expert help that I was able to be assessed in Kentucky and filled in Denver with no delay in my trip.
Both locations were beautifully clean and full of cheerful staff. I am blown away.

Going to Aspen Dental in Owensboro, Kentucky was the most relaxing and fun I've ever encountered with dentist. I Extremely like Elizabeth who walked me through everything from the start of my visit, when I was getting my impressions done she keep apologizing for the way it gags you sometimes. I can't wait to get my new Dentures.šš

I stopped at Aspen dental to see if they could help me with a broken tooth and they did make room for me in their schedule. However thatās where the help ends they did a bunch of X-rays and did an exam told me all the issues I had with my teeth but never addressed what I came in for. Their services are EXTREMELY overpriced. Their sign says free exam and X-rays for new patients however I was charged $110 (after insurance coverage) with only a generic āthat wasnāt coveredā excuse. Donāt plan to go back and donāt recommend it to anyone.

Nightmare. One star is exactly one star too many. I told them I was in severe pain several times. They ran me through every procedure to run up the bill as I told each person I contacted āIām in a lot of painā. After being there over 2 hours they told me they couldnāt perform the actual procedure needed saying, āwe would, but we closed 7 minutes agoā. Sending me home over the weekend still in a lot of pain. It was obviously more important to try to up-sell me additional non-related treatments etc than to help someone in pain. By the way; the hygienist told me I needed a root canal and possibly a crown. Thatās not her job to discuss, but maybe it should be since the dentist couldnāt see any cause for any type of dental work whatsoever ...then again maybe it was just too close to closing time (TWO HOURS LATER) to treat someone like a fellow human being. We arenāt talking 2 hours including the waiting room. Weāre talking over 2 hours in the dentist office/seat!
If I showed up at closing time Iād understand. Even the dentist was surprised to learn I had been there 2 hours but didnāt care enough to stay a few more minutes for what she called a āvery small and easy fillingā that was most likely the cause of the pain. I drove an hour to be there and left without any help. The X-ray tech jammed instruments in my mouth, hurting me more than a few times. When I thought that was over she did more imaging and really just didnāt care when I jerked away or moaned or gave signs she was hurting me.

Had an appointment for 7am. Checked in along with 4 others, 1 didnt have an appointment and got called in before I did. After 25min of waiting, I got up to ask and noticed my name got scratched off the list. 1 more person without an appointment gets called in. I ask the receptionist and he says it'll be a 30min or more wait time because theyre "short staffed". Why give out New patient specials if theyre not gonna see you Almost an hour wasted at this place.

Like many, Iām not a fan of having to go to the dentistā¦ but Dr. Deitz, and her staff, made the visit a good experience. They were all informative and very kind. Iāll be visiting Aspen Dental for any necessary dental work. I, highly, recommend Dr. Deitz, and her team of professionals, for anyone living in Owensboro, Kentucky, or those of you in the surrounding area.

Very pleasant staff, and very professional, but also with a sense of humor. Would definitely recommend people to Aspen. Had a tooth pulled, and didn't even feel it, they did that well
