I needed an extraction badly, it was an emergency, I called them, and I got in the same day. It was fast. Everyone there was super cool. They definitely care about their patients. I 100% recommend them, and I'm scheduling more appointments

They found several teeth that needed attention, but only agreed to fix one until I pay for a special cleansing that is unnecessary. They want me to buy a toothbrush from them for almost $200 and the cleaning is over $400. Insurance company says it’s a rip off and they won’t cover it, but Aspen won’t even see me unless I agree to pay them this extra money for service I do not want/need. On to a new dentist. Absolute scam. However, the dentist I saw was actually great, pretty sure the front office/finance people are there only to scam people.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and considerate. They went out of their way to make sure I understood the treatment plan and while other services were discussed with me they were not hard sell they just moved on. Very professional. My only complaint is that the building is not wheelchair accessible. I could take a few steps to get where they needed me to be, but that is not the case with my daughter who had no way of getting in. In consideration of the staff I couldn't have been more pleased.

The oral surgeon has less than stellar infection control caused me to be in the hospital on multiple IV antibiotics and a second surgery. They give me the run around over and over about my sons crown placement with braces AFTER they cleared thru insurance and orthodontist spoke directly to the dentist. If your insurance will pay for something else go some where else!!

They told me for over a year I had periodontal disease & needed an expensive & invasive procedure on my gums or else my teeth would fall out. I paid in full (only way to schedule the appointment) then the day of procedure they told me they needed $350 more. Went to a local dentist who says I have healthy gums & cleaned tartar off first appointment. Also Aspen added a $130 toothbrush to my bill without asking or giving it to me.
