I like that you are patient with me and you not only care about my teeth you care about me yes I would recommend smiling faces to everyone I have a 9 year old who was very much afraid of any doctor they took time with him and now he's good with his teeth no longer afraid

Dr. Tracy Crear is one of the BEST dentists I've ever seen! She's beyond GREAT and well experienced at what she does. I couldn't have made a better choice than her! The service she provided me with was simply AMAZING!

Went for a normal cleaning with no pain in any tooth. Waited for an hour, sat down in the chair and waited another 20 minutes when suddenly my chair was pulled back so I was staring at a masked person I had never met before asking me to open my mouth.
After the incredibly rude introduction, I was told I had a cavity. Had it filled but within a few hours it was so painful I thought the filling fell out. Appointment #2, After waiting in the waiting room (which resembled the welfare office) for over an hour I had to raise my voice at the receptionist to get in to see the dr. They were overbooked beyond capacity with people sitting outside the front door like the DMV. Finally I get in and the dr tells me I now I need a root canal and it would cost more money. Mind you, this tooth was never in pain until she touched it. I left and sought a second opinion at Today's Dental. Turns out all I needed was for the filling to be filed down. This place is unprofessional and clearly money hungry.
I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Save your money and time. Go to Today's Dental!

I went there for teeth cleaning and ending with 5 cavities fillings. They denied my insurance coverange for teeth cleaning for the reason I needed a deep cleaning which medicaid is not covering. I went back one month later because I was still in pain for a reajustement and it was better for a few days. Then the pain and sensitivity started again and I went back a month later again and they denied checking my teeth because I don t have anymore left money on my insurance to cover their work. Dr Crear was nice but if I knew that she was creating more trouble to my teeth than treating them I would never accept this sabotage to my teeth. What staff at the front office!! May God touch their hearts!
2 stars because they damage my teeth and because I myself allowed it to happen by trusting them to treat 5 teeth at once instead of 1 or 2 teeth to check their performance first.
I will never advise a friend to get cavities fillings there.

Went here to get a wisdom tooth extracted and I feel good after! Dr Crear was so sweet and encouraging during the whole procedure! I would definitely be going back if I have any problems in the future Thanks to the entire staff for a pleasant experience

Dr. Crear has been my dentist since I was about 12 years old. Although I am deathly afraid to go to the dentist, she assures me that I will be handled with care and patience. Her and her staff are very friendly and courteous providing excellent customer service with every visit. The office setting is calming and updated with the latest and newest of technology. Every service area is accompanied with a television for those who would prefer to place their focus elsewhere to keep "most" of their mind off of the thought of the drilling and untimely poking. Overall, SMILING FACES DENTISTRY ROCKS! If you are looking for productivity, empathy, kindess, and quality customer care...look no further.

If I could give "No" stars I would. Much like the previous review - I was trying to support another black woman. I love supporting my own, but that does not mean you don't have to earn my business. I went for my first visit and was bombarded with an excessive amount of work needed and suggested. I thought I would move forward for preventative measures. I didn't get suspicious until practically all of the seven chairs were being diagnosed with practically the same maladies! My appointment was for 12:30 and I waited an hour to get call to the back. The dentist came in frazzled from the obvious overbooking. After starting in my mouth she said, oh my name is Dr. Crear if you didn't catch it. How could I catch it if you never threw it?!?!?! That was when I SHOULD have left because the operation is NEVER better than the leader. In the midst of attempting to train two dental techs while working on me she took a phone call!!!! I didn't leave until 5:30 and I was exhausted. Nevertheless, they offered an explanation that it was this way because she was working alone. I booked an appointment for the next Monday. My appointment was for 12 noon and I went in to a FULL waiting room and 5 other people that had signed in with a 12:00 appointment to see her! I asked if they were behind because if so, I would leave. The ENTIRE front desk was rude as seems to be the standard unless ringing up a huge bill which is the ONLY thing they move fast for; she couldn't even answer my question about an estimated time because she was SO focused on collecting payment. I waited about 10 minutes then was called back. I was told I only needed to see the hygienist so she started working on me and got me completed then said I need to see the dentist. I waited 45 minutes and that was the limit. As I began to walk out - Katy (the only other professional there beside the hygienist) inquired where I was going. I explained that this was not a good fit and would not work for me. I got a refund for the remaining service not completed and have already reached out to a new facility to have my records sent over to start as a new patient with them.
I had SUCH high hopes, but am sadden to say this was an EPIC fail and the ONLY recommendation I would make is for anyone thinking of going here to save themselves the time and frustration of this egregious operation and that's putting it mildly!

Today was supposed to be my first visit. I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment at 2pm. I signed in and checked off that I was a new patient. The receptionist didn’t look at the board to see if I was a returning patient or new patient. Fifteen minutes after I was waiting, she called the patient before me to fill out paperwork. I’m sitting thinking, okay she’s going to call me next to fill out my paperwork and verify my insurance. I gave her exactly fifteen minutes and she didn’t call me. I walked out. I sat for thirty minutes without anything. I arrived early to fill out my paperwork and insurance verfication. If there wasn’t any appointment times available when I made the appointment over a week ago, that should have been stated during that time. Not to value anyone else’s time when they are at your place of business to have a service performed is unprofessional. Needless to say, I won’t be returning there for anything. I should have read the reviews before making the appointment, it would have saved me some time.
