My son and I both had an appointment today! He is 4 and they did so good with him. Callie was our hygienist and she was patient and calm with him. When I was on the table she kept reassuring him that we would be done soon and helped keep him calm and focused. I love this dentist office. Dr Gauthier was amazing as well

DO NOT go to these people for major cosmetic work.. especially if you are paying cash. They are pushy and call you EVERYDAY to come in and start the process. We decided we would put $3000 down and start the procedure, which was permanent upper dentures. The agreement was that we would put $3000 down on the first session of $10,000. We agreed that we would pay the other $7,000 the next month. We were told this was completely fine and to come in for the impressions. We also paid an anesthesia fee of $750. The DAY BEFORE the procedure, they called us wanting the rest of the money which we did not have and that was not what we were told prior to putting $3,750 down. This forced us to cancel. While dealing with all of this through phone calls, we spoke to three different employees who all had a different story. Mind you, the day before I was with my little girl who was having knee surgery... Instead of being able to tend to her, I was having to deal with these unprofessional people.
The second part of the procedure was supposed to take place 6 months later. We were going to put up another $3000 down and pay a little over $300 a month for 24 months. We were told, at our first appointment, this would be interest free as long as it was paid off within the 24 months. That also quickly changed and we then were told the monthly note would be over $400 because of interest. We were forced to cancel because of their wrong doings and we asked for a refund of our money. We told them we would personally come pick up the check but they mailed it instead. When we received the check, which took over 30 days to get, it was only $1,500 of the $3,750 that we put down. They claimed it was for the fees that they still had to pay because we decided to cancel the day of. We DID NOT cancel the day of. It was the day before and only because they pulled one over on us. We had all intentions of going through with the procedure until they started changing numbers the day before we were scheduled, which made us financially unable to go through with it. They just can't get their stories straight and we've contacted a lawyer because that is theft.

I have high anxiety about going to the dentist and they always help me get through my visits. They have a wonderful staff that takes care of you when you enter the door, through the visit, and when you leave. The atmosphere is pleasant! I highly recommend anyone here because they care about their patients. I had Callie she is so soft spoken and let's you know exactly what she is about to do. She has patience with her patients. I have her down on my records to see her everytime because she is amazing!
