Today's Dental

This was my first visit with Dr. Jonas Gauthier. I have to say I was exceptionally pleased with Dr. Gauthier and his staff. They made me feel very comfortable and explained what procedures I needed done and gave me a breakdown of each procedure and cost. I am actually excited to be going back to their office for my dental work and not "scared" like I always was with past visits to a dentist. Kudos to Dr Gauthier and his staff. I'm one "happy camper!" ☺️☺️☺️

I was really pleased with my visit. Dr. Gauthier was really nice and takes his time with you. Everyone that works there is very nice and helpful also. He had to refer me to an oral surgeon, so I didn't have any dental work done today. The only complaint I have is that my appointment was at 11am, and they didn't take me until 12pm.

Today I had a molar extracted He gave me options. I choose extraction. They all was wonderful. He explained to me what he was doing. Constantly checked on me during procedure. He would stop an let me rest. And tell me how it was going. Made a scary event better. It was over all great. Price was what they told me it would be over the phone. I was in the back at my time of appointment. He was very gentle. Hygienist went over what to do after I got home very clearly and compassionate. A strong 5 star!!!

Teeth cleaned today. Amazing person with 10 years experience was painless, friendly, quick, and complete!!!! THANKS

I recommend going here. I have the white coat syndrome. They make you very comfortable. They care about their patients. Really nice staff.

I have been a patient of Today's Dental for over 20 yrs. I won't trust my teeth to anyone else.

My husband went to have some dental work done. After going for the consult, he was given an appointment to have molds made for a partial that he needed. Our out of pocket cost was going to be right at $2500, but we were told we could do a payment plan with $600 down. Go in to do the molds, pay the $600, then while he's getting the mold done,this extremely rude woman that obviously worked in the accounting department comes in and tells us that we would need to put another$500 down and starts broadcasting personal financial info very loudly with an office full of ppl! So we're told nothing could be done until we came up with the additional$500. So we found another place that would do it for less with a smaller down payment. I call to inquire about a refund and this same woman answers the call and rudely tells me that a refund could take up to 30 days and she would request one. I'm sure she will make sure that refund takes the full 30 days to process. Long story short, wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL!

Appointment at 9:45. Stayed in waiting room until 10:45. While driving home i get a call at 11:10 saying they're ready for me. Very unprofessional. Poor time management. Would NOT recommend. These people believe everyone has unlimited time to sit in their office.

Its amazing how the owner of the page responds to negative reviews saying they can't confirm or deny if the person was a patient but they say nothing on the positive reviews. Go figure. Well I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want good customer service and friendly staff. My husband went here for some dental work. At his initial visit they told him what needed to be done to the tune of $2400. They said we could pay $650 up front and the rest I'm monthly installments. We get to the next appointment, pay the $650 only to have an amazingly rude woman (I'm guessing from accounts receivable) bust in the room while there are other patients walking outside the open door, explaining to us that we would have to pay another $500 up front before they could do the work, also blatantly speaking out personal financial information loud enough for everyone in the back area (approximately10 or so ppl, patients and staff) to hear. So we left and found another facility to use. I called to ask for a refund of our $650, only to have this same rude employee answer and tell me she would request a refund and it could take up to 30 days to get it. Its been 21 days, still no refund. I paid with a credit card so actually all that Should've had to be done was a transaction reversal...but 3 weeks later still nothing. I did call just to inquire and see what I would be told...and was told they did request the refund. Ok...ill wait out the 30 days that I'm sure this rude employee has a hand in extending my refund through,. But I will let as many ppl as possible know how they do business!

I brought my mom for an appointment to get her denture realigned. The staff is very nice and pleasant, and the atmosphere in the waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing. I will come here again if I need.
