The office is small, older, and very compact. I originally reached out to them because of a cracked tooth that I wanted to be fixed. They went on to do other things and ignored my tooth. I had 3 visits and even though I'd ask about this cracked tooth, they continued to do other fillings which I was unhappy with. They called to tell me I no longer have any more benefits for the year and left me with several hundreds of dollars out of pocket to fix the tooth I originally came in for!! Canceled on the spot, and moved on.
Update: I came back to say I visited another dentist in the area and was blown out of the water with how attentive, empathetic, and friendly they were. My dentist was baffled at how Columbia family dentistry treated me. I got my cracked tooth fixed on the spot and prescribed antibiotics to continue with the second half of my dire needs. As my dentist said "they took the easy route" which very well was the case.

absolutely love dr. goyal and jamie. wish i knew the name of the lady who handles billing and appointments because she is also wonderful. they are thorough, very professional, compassionate, and very helpful. although the office does not participate with my insurances, i've opted to remain with their practice for the reasons stated above.
