I worked for Dr Goyal for so many years as a Dental Hygienist and I considered him my friend. I left after 5 years because I moved .away.its been so hard to make an appointment and obviously I called the office to make an appointment..so hard. they put you on hold for so long..I had to call again and again. Finally I got an answer so they can tell me I can't do my crown because I have to have x-rays and exam before..I am a dental Hygienist , I work in a dental office. I get my prophylaxis and xrays for free even my crowns at my current office. but I wanted to see him( because he is my friend) anyway..but no. I have to have x Ray's and exam.so they can bill my Insurance. I am so disappointed. 80% of my friends are gone from there. What is going on with Columbia Family dentist? Well I guess our friendship and professional relationship doesn't mean anything for him or his staff. I won't be calling again . that's for sure.
