Staff was courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. Dr. Goyal was very thorough and gentle. He took the time to explain all he had found on my exam and x-rays and gave me options for a treatment plan. Besides all this, I left the office knowing what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible for. I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and cleanliness of the entire office. I am happy to have found a good dentist and recommend this practice highly!

The staff that attended to us was courteous and friendly, the environment is clean and safe. The doctor made my son very comfortable (he is 5) and she was very patient with him.

I needed to find a dentist in the area since I moved and was very pleased with them. I got appointment reminders, they take my insurance (which was hard to find a dentist in the first place), and the inside is nice and spaced out (for covid). There are "cubicles" so you are not directly next to another patient and they have a nice tv screen so you can see your teeth images (very fancy). Overall, they were very friendly (both dentist and assistant) and I am very happy with my visit.
Also my insurance is a nightmare, and the staff was very nice to talk to me about it because I have no idea what the coverage is in terms of outside routine visits.

For someone who has put off going to a dentist after several bad experiences, I have to tell you that this was the best experience ever and I am 70+! Everyone from receptionists, to assistant, Taja and the doctor were extremely patient, gentle and reassuring. I conquered my fears with this appointment. Everything was explained in detail and options were available.

My case was very complex, and although I have been a regular patient of CFD I am always amazed and overly pleased with how friendly everyone is and how well they do their job! Everything is always explained and let mw tell you...My Dental Hygienist was incredible. She took her time, was so caring and gentle as well as professional and VERY knowledgeable.
My dentist is thee best dentist I have ever know. She is up on all the latest and greatest methods & techniques to keep my teeth healthy and pearly white! I feel special when I enter and am greeted so nicely and I know when I visit there that I will am getting the best my money can buy in the way of dental care! The dentist was absolutely fantastic. They were all very professional and compassionate to jitters/nerves. I’m very bad with dental stuff, she walked me through everything, talked through what she was doing, etc. Was able to use laughing gas for cavities, which helped a lot. Her dental assistants are super kind and helpful as well. I’m new to the Columbia area and will continue to go here in the future.
