My appointment went very well! I was seen almost immediately after coming in for a routine cleaning and check up. I was a little worried about going to the dentist with a cold sore (I was worried about it getting aggravated and causing pain) but it didn't get bothered in the slightest, which was a big relief to me. The checkup went very smoothly and my concerns about some jaw pain and clicking were addressed. I just need to remember to wear my night guard!
Everyone is very friendly and professional, and I always enjoy my dental visits! Thank you for your excellent service!

If I could give no stars, I would. I came to the office for an emergency appointment on a Friday afternoon. I was seen at 1:30 PM and didn't leave until 3:30 PM. At the end of my visit, I was given a large bill (over $600) that had to be paid Monday morning! There was not temporary comfort or assistance options except pay that balance in two payments or get it credit for the procedure on a Friday afternoon. Mind you my insurance was paying more than half already. I immediately explained that I would have more at the top of the year on my medical plan and if they could just fill my cavity it would be great. That request was declined, I then told the office staff that was helping meat the time to cancel my appointment, I couldn't come up with that payment. I then get a bill for a missed appointment. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY THRIVE ON FINDING WAYS TO OVERCHARGE YOU AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dr Goyal and his staff are more than welcoming, polite and on top of everything for their patients. We travel all the way from NJ to avail the well informed and assessed advice and work of Dr Goyal.
