I was very nervous about going back to the dentist. It's been about 20 years since I've gone. My initial experience with the staff was fantastic. The staff is wonderful to work with and very professional. My hygienist Becca was great and explained everything in detail. The dentist was great too that I saw. I have peace of mind knowing I'm in great hands with Frederick Dentist.

I had an emergency and my dentist couldn't fit me in for the weekend. I saw on google that this place was rated pretty high. So I called them and the front desk was absolutely accommodating and made me feel so good. It was even better when I got there. Again, front desk made me feel so comfortable and good. Well the doctor was no different! She was beyond sweet and kind. One of the patients who were leaving, they were practically skipping out the door as they smiled goodbye and asked how I was. I thought, where on earth am I? I am now going to completely switch care.

I received a thorough consultation and exam today from My Frederick Dentist (8-8-22). Plus, as a 4 year patient with regular scheduled cleanings and my daily brushing/flossing regimen at home. Has improved my gum/teeth health beyond what l was experiencing, at that time.
Billing, reception, techs, dentist have been patient, courteous, helpful. With my occasional questions and concerns throughout my experience with their services.
