This was my family’s first time at My Frederick Dentist and we all felt very welcomed by the team. The staff treated us as if we were family, while still maintaining COVID restrictions. It was my daughters first time at a dentist, and the hygienist went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable for the X-rays and appointment.

Dr Smith was very pleasant and through with what was going on in my mouth. i would very much reccomend her and this office to others. I love My Frederick Dentist. What I appreciate most is that if I ever have dental issues, they recommend a conservative approach. I don’t feel pressured to do invasive and expensive procedures. They are also very friendly and have great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

They offered me a “complementary” evaluation to see if I needed braces … then I never got the treatment plan, a call from them or anything … Now they charged my insurance for an “ortho treatment visit” … if I knew they were going to charge my insurance I would not allowed them to take some pictures … now my lifetime ortho maximum is a lot less.
I have been to other places, they all do a treatment plan FOR FREE.

Update … Nadia from your office called me TODAY (06-03-2022) at 3:37pm to go over my treatment and got your email TODAY at 4:11 to talked about my treatment. I called Tuesday before posting this review and the lady at your office told me that you always send the claim even if I don’t get the treatment at your practice because that’s your “policy”. I told her that I was not told that and she said that you “have to send the claim because you are in network with my insurance and that is the norm”. So … I DID CONTACT YOU before posting here and your answer was “we always submit the claims for pre treatment and then apply the credit to your actual treatment” … any way I don’t care anymore … but next time just be upfront. I have the right to know when I’m being charge for something that I’m not sure I even want.

I had a dentist appointment on December 20th and I am very pleased with their services. I am new to Frederick so i took a chance on this office. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and checked me in quickly. The dental hygienist came out to get me on time and was very professional. Dr. Smith came in and examined my teeth and explained the issues she found and provided guidance on how I can care for my teeth better. She then proceeded to clean my teeth. This is the first time in my life that I can remember that the actual dentist cleaned my teeth. I'm definitely not complaining, Dr. Smith was fantastic and provided a thorough cleaning. I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years, so my teeth were stained and had build up. After Dr. Smith cleaned my teeth, I looked at my teeth and they were extremely clean. I couldn't believe all the build up was gone. I have a crooked tooth and Dr. Smith took the time to explain the braces process and was very attentive to my questions. Finally, for the first time visiting a dentist office, the receptionist comes out from behind her desk and explains to me the billing process and my insurance coverage. Usually that person would be sitting down behind his or her desk, just telling me what I owe. Not here! she was very personable and listened to my questions.

Absolutely the BEST dentist I've ever been to! My 2 kids went, as well as myself and my hubby has an appt in 2 weeks. Dr. Smith made the kids feel at ease and the staff goes above and beyond!!! Highly recommend them!!!

I definitely recommend you to come here for any of your dental needs! The staff is very understanding and incredibly helpful. It is a very warm and inviting environment from the second you walk in, to the time you leave. Becca the hygienist is also amazing at her job! I have never had a better cleaning anywhere else. All the girls at this office are amazing!
