smooth process from start to finish, I was told what was happening at each new thing my hygienist did (I wish I could recall her name- she was super nice), Dr. Aziz was friendly, they accommodated my four year old coming with me which was a huge plus so I didn't have to miss my appointment

I had a great first experience at this office! The office staff and the doctor were very professional, kind and competent. The whole process was smooth from checking in, sitting in the chair, taking x-rays, review of the x-rays on a big screen in front of the chair with the doctor, the actual work and checking out. My whole experience felt very genuine. Dr. Emad is a great communicator and lays out the problems and the plan very well. I felt that she is very trustworthy and I really liked her demeanor and quality of the work for the 3 fillings I got. Mani, the office manager, was also great in explaining and handling the billing. It was quite a while I'd been to a dental office and a dentist who truly care for you. I will certainly go back for follow-ups and entrust my dental care to them.

I hate having to go to the dentist just as much as the next person, but this entire group of people were amazing. The experience was phenomenal!! My hygienist, Becca, was very clear and concise in explaining things to me. She did x rays quickly to minimize discomfort for me. After all of the cleaning she explained my situation perfectly. The dentist seemed pretty rushed and it didn’t feel like she was feeling any certain way about being present. I was a little put off by that. But after that I was done and the front office staff were very kind as I was leaving and they explained my insurance benefits in a way that was easy to understand! I absolutely love it here and can’t wait to go back!

Extremely helpful, friendly and courteous team. From front desk to the chair I was treated with kindness and respect. The hygienist explained step by step everything she was doing and provided recommendations. The Dentist did an outstanding job explaining my situation and we established a treatment plan. All pricing and insurance was discussed in detail prior to work done.
I have had significantly poor experiences verging on the nightmarish in the past with dentists and visiting My Frederick Dentist is a “night and day” difference. I am happy to call myself one of their patients!

What an amazing dental office! The front office staff are friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and they are very safe with all the COVID 19 protocols. Becca was my hygienist and she was so knowledgeable, caring and kind. She took the time to explain my ex-rays and talk about good oral health. Dr. Smith was very pleasant. If you want a very pleasant (less cringe and pain!) dental visit, ask for Becca. That was the most painless visit I've ever had - she had a great balance of gentle and firm pressure. I highly recommend her! This was my first visit with the office and the whole experience was phenomenal. They have great COVID-19 procedures and a very relaxing atmosphere. Very glad that I found them and happy to call them my new dentist home!

The staff here is extremely warm and welcoming They understand how much anxiety a patient can carry when coming in for a (long overdue) appointment. I saw them first for an emergency, but after having that taken care of I will remain a regular patient.
