Dr. Jill and her team are incredible and I will never go to any other dentist for as long as I live in Boston! She and her assistant Brenda were so helpful and not only took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, they also made me feel so at ease and comfortable with the entire process. I absolutely LOVE the results that I got and feel so much more confident with my smile. I wish I had done this years ago and feel so happy with the final results of my tooth reshaping. Like most people, I don’t love going to the dentist, but Dental Health and Wellness makes the experience as painless as possible (literally and figuratively). They are thorough with checkups and tracking dental health, and they keep me informed on what they are doing throughout each appointment. Everyone I’ve encountered there has been very kind and they are clearly committed to providing as painless a dental experience (figuratively and otherwise!) as possible. Dr. Jill Smith and her entire team are excellent and I could not recommend highly enough. I needed extensive dental work due to an accident that I had put off for years due to the expense and the overall length and steps it would take to complete (and the anxiety this caused!). After going to several different practices for a consultation, I was immediately impressed and struck how Dr. Smith and her team felt very different in their approach. Dr. Smith and her entire team (including Dental Assistant Brenda and Financial/Patient Coordinator Paris) were extremely welcoming, reassuring and always took the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I greatly appreciate how they always have made me feel supported and in the best hands through what felt like a difficult and extensive process - as I’m sure many can relate to with dental work! Dr. Smith and her team genuinely seem to care and have a client-centered approach with all their patients, and I am so glad I found them!

Let me begin with I love Dental Health and Wellness Boston! I have been seeing Dr. Jill Smith for as long as she has owned this practice. Without a doubt, Dr. Smith is truly the most thoughtful, compassionate and gentle dentist I have ever been to. The entire Health & Wellness Team is outstanding, from the receptionist/scheduler (she always works hard to accommodate your scheduling needs), to the hygienists and assistants, they are all professional, personable and make you so comfortable that you feel like part of the family. The office space and equipment are top notch, including state of the art dental equipment and you can even listen to music or watch movies while the dental team works on your teeth 😃. I currently live out of state and because replacing Dr Smith would be impossible, I plan my trips to Boston around my dental needs.

I have been going to Dr. Smith for 20+ years. This is due to the fact that she and all her staff have been nothing but professional and informative while being honest and kind. I like to get a lot of info on my care and it’s always given, often with options and the teams fantastic patience with me and my questions.

Dr Jill Smith and her staff are absolutely outstanding! From soup to nuts the experience is smooth, welcoming, and comforting. I don't live locally anymore but continue to go here (and often travel for hours) because of how good they are. I have not met one person I don't like. Not only are they supremely qualified and know their stuff, they are all absolutely fantastic people and genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've been going here for a number of years now. Everyone is great, from the dentists and hygienists, to the staff. The office is clean and welcoming. I like that they send text reminders about appointments.
Ordinary cleanings aside, I've had various dental issues over the years, all of which they've handled well—and without trying to push unnecessary treatments and procedures. They listen to you, understand what the issue is, explain the options, and let you be the decider on how to proceed.
I really have no complaints, with one small exception, and would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. The only exception is a minor one, more of a nice-to-have than a must-have: It would be convenient if Wi-Fi were available in the waiting area.
