I had an appointment with Dr Smith yesterday for a crown, I was very nervous going into it, going to the dentist is FAR from my favorite thing to do but must say the appointment was far better than I could have imagined & actually enjoyable.
Dr Smith & her assistant Brenda explained every step of what was going to happen & why. I was assured that it would not hurt , and they were so right! Even the numbing that needed to happen before was done with such care & Dr Smith's way of giving the shot while distracting your senses buy lightly scratching your cheek while applying the numbing agent is ingenious!
The whole time that your being worked on you get to watch a flat screen TV with Netflix,Great distraction from focusing on what is really happening!
I can't express enough how much I would recommend Dr smith & her team!

Do NOT go to this dentist, Dr. Alan Budd is dishonest, I don't even know how he can get 4/5 stars, he always find the way to make more money, even if you have perfect teeth, he lies telling you that you have to do many things, even if you don't need to and I had the confirmation of that going to another dentist in my country and asking the second opinion, dr. Budd told me that I had 2 cavities in 2 molars on both sides and he wants me to damage both of my teeth doing the drilling & the fillings but the other dentist told me that I had nothing so that means that he is not honest, he prefer to damage your teeth even if perfect to get more money..
Avoid this place, go somewhere else before it's too late.
