Overall, every major appointment that I have had, has been on time, thorough and required no rework. In addition, everyone always makes the effort to be sure I am comfortable and free of pain. I absolutely love Dental Health and Wellness Boston! As someone who has dental anxiety, this office has made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Dr. Smith & Dr. Budd are so kind and so are all the dental hygienists, especially during this pandemic. They take the upmost precaution when dealing with patients and keep their office space super clean (though it was already pristine prior to covid-19).
Extra shout out to KAMRYN (5 stars for you) who always goes above and beyond whenever she sees me. She has made me feel safe, comfortable and assured every time I am in her chair. She explains to me what she is doing step by step which is so helpful. She answers all my questions thoroughly and provides me with recommendations when needed.

Brian (the hygienist) did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough, and what really differentiated him from past experiences with other practices was his willingness to take the time to explain everything in regards to my oral health. We've all had those experiences when it seems like the person checking our teeth is speaking another language, and having someone who walks you through what they are doing was very comforting.
Dr. Smith's expertise is obvious. From routine check ups to bigger projects, she has an innate ability to keep you relaxed and ensure the process goes smoothly. Her friendly demeanor combined with her professionalism leaves you at ease in the chair, confident in whatever you are having done. Never pushy, she does a great job of giving you plenty of options and allowing you full autonomy in any decision that needs to be made.
From the top notch facility and convenient location to the friendly personnel, Dental Health and Wellness Boston is worthy of all 5 stars and probably a couple more.

I would like to submit an Excellent review for Dr. Jill Smith and her Entire Staff! They have assisted me in ALL areas of my dental procedures including but not limited to: 1) Outstanding treatment and care for my serious dental problems; 2) Working around my busy schedule to accommodate my emergency appointment(s)!; & perhaps most impressive, 3) Their office worked with my dental insurance carrier to expedite reimbursement to me for work done by another dental office. This alone was above & beyond the call of duty! It allowed me to budget my dental work accordingly knowing what funds I had at my disposal. I tried acquiring same data but with no success. It pays to choose a Dental Professional that has the utmost integrity, professionalism and just good people all around who do Outstanding Work.
Seriously, my highest recommendation.
