I have never been to one professional organization where EVERYone was perfect. I think Aspen Dental advertises that they treat their patients like family. If they don't, they should. Honestly, I'm not sure where to begin. The office is spotless, they have all the latest technological equipment (soo cool the equipment!) They (each and every one) explained every step; they were kind, compassionate and professional to the max, yet there was plenty of time for laughter. It takes a certain amount of jockularity to keep that balance - they do. Staff members were helping one another, they are obviously happy. (i heard things like "I'm going that way, Ill grab it for you ` more than once...) That indicates great leadership, great 'bosses' a great place to work and a great place to be as a patient. I have a significant illness aside from the dental things I need/want done and my Doctor was right on it. Immediately he asked some safety questions and sent a form to my oncologist; two days later I'm in the chair and work has begun! The work was seemless. Doctor was thoughtful and careful when deciding how much novacain I'd need. He gave me the perfect amount! I felt zero pain. He finished up a good deal of my work in what seemed like no time! They worked with me to help pay yet that was not what ran the place or was in the office energy; what was in the office energy was 'let's go, get her teeth started' and they did! I am looking forward to my next appointment at My Aspen Dental. When was the last time you heard someone say they are looking forward to going back to the Dentist?! They communicate very well. I was especially impressed how face masked the Doctor and the Assistant spoke, noded and used hands to communicate. I'm so Grateful to have found and became a patient at the Dedham Aspen Dental. (right next door to the Stop N Shop supermarket!) They are the best Dental Practice I have ever been to and I am not young and I've lived in many different states. Had an amazing experience with the staff and I’m typically a person who doesn’t enjoy the dentist. But they were great. Julie did the Xrays and she made sure I was comfortable during the whole experience. Dr. medeiros was very personable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I have been given only two options root canal treatment or pulling the tooth out. After extraction turns out the root was perfectly fine and the doctor didn’t even want to fill the tooth in the first place.
( more effort needed I assume) Save your time and money and don’t go there!

I had an appointment with Dr. Medeiros at Aspen Dental Dedham for a double extraction. It was great! Super professional and friendly! The dental assistant was awesome and even held my hand during my extraction! I have never been this happy after a dentist appointment. If you're even a little anxious about seeing the dentist, this is the place to go!

I have had fear of going to the dentist for years and finally made an appointment after a tooth finally broke. From setting up the appointment, to x-ray (I was a total pain because of nerve pain in my jaw because my tooth was so bad), dental hygienist, dentist all the way to billing 5 stars. I STILL hate being in the chair but the entire staff was fantastic and very helpful!

Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. Also the music they were playing was great.

I've been going to the Dedham Aspen for several years and the service gets better and better as the staff changes. From the time you make an appointment to the time you walk in Shamika greets you with a smile, and we make small talk in between. There have been times when they were able to squeeze me in on busy days, and still manage to do a great job! You can trust Dedham ' s customer service and ability to keep patients happy, including Dr. Doyle who performs excellent extractions (wisdom teeth), and not leave you in much pain! ! Zela has been here since I've started coming to Aspen and she continues to be wonderful. She is my mom at Aspen. But be careful about Robin the dental hygienist. She will have you in stitches in a good way, and she knows her stuff! She educates you on how to properly clean and take care of your teeth. Danny, Daviana, and Daniel have also made this Aspen team special. I know this was a lot, but it's hard getting excellent customer service and to be taken care of in a timely fashion. Thank you Dedham Aspen Team!!!

I have been coming to Aspen Dental Dedham for years and the staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The Dr's and hygienist are great and they have an amazing team. Zela, always greets me with a smile, it feels like family here. I reccomend this location every chance I get.

I was so nervous, before my extraction. After a conversation with the front desk staff greeting, warm and very professional, and just good everyday conversation I felt better! By the time I sat in the chair in talking to my dentist I was completely convinced of the level of professionalism in this office.
